Best hot/warm/cold water bidet out there
I have the Neo 180 and needed another one and got the Neo 320 as I could gook it up to the hot water line easily. During cold months having the hot water is nice. You can turn the handle to get the right temperature you want. It doesn't actually heat the water itself. The only issue I had was that depending on how long it takes your water to heat up it can take some time.

Excellent Product
I have used the Luxe bidet now for nearly a year and have found it to be an excellent product. It was easy to install. Then, the ability to adjust both the water temperature and the strength of the water pressure provides a very pleasant and useful experience. No problems have occurred since installing this bidet. The price was reasonable as well. I highly recommend this bidet.

Better than toilet paper alone!
It does as advertised. Very nice to have the warm water setting as well. The way it fits on a toilet requires toilet seat risers so that the seat can be level. That took a lot of trial in error over the years due to differences in toilet seat shapes we've encountered. The controls can be a little sensitive, meaning the jet of water that comes out can be stronger than expected. Overall, a good product.

Don't wait this is awesome
I love having the option to go from cold to warm. It took some getting used to but after adjusting I can't believe I waited this long. My wife loves the option to change from the two modes it has. Plus its easy to install. It also has a cleaning option which is really nice as well. The whole family loves using it plus the quality is great also. Overall a great invention.

Great, but full pressure is intense
Installation was super easy, and having this bidet has been a game changer. I love knowing that cleanliness is always available. Ordering was easy. The only thing that isn’t great is the water response to the handle can be too full power and either splash where you don’t want or be too forceful of pressure. I wish this were rectified in the original design.

We have 4 Luxe Bidets; 1 each for each of our 4 bathrooms! Initially bought and tried 1. Was SO Nice, we wanted 3 more! Comfortable spray feeling with several adjustable spray settings! A superior hygienic cleaner! Saves money by not having to use much TP! A great and very affordable invention! Don’t know how we lived without them before! Highly recommended by us!

[Incentivized Review] Awesome product
I purchased this bidet because I was having carpal tunnel surgery on my dominant hand. It came on time and was easy to install. I love the option or warm and cold temps. This bidet was a life saver for me. I continue to use and I've recommended it many family members and friends. It is great hygiene and feel completely clean when using it. I love the nozzle cleaning option as well. All in all I love the bidet.

Great product; takes some time to install right
Great product. Love that you can control the temperature. Takes a little time for the hot water to come through but it’s a great feature. It’s simple enough to install but made more difficult with the toilet so close to the vanity/sink. Also took a few times to make sure everything was tight enough for no leaks. Set aside some time to make sure it gets installed correctly.

A little adjusting and we're ready to be clean!
I adjusted the direction of the streams (by placing my hand in front of the stream before I turned on the valve) and then tightened the seat screws as I installed the bidet. We have been using the Neo320 for over a year and it is far superior for cleanliness when compared to papaer. I can't say that it's paid for itself by replacing the paper, but the overall confidence in being clean is well worth the cost of the unit.

Best thing for clean rear!
I've been using this for over two years now and love it! It is easy to use and parts are durable and have lasted thus far. The unit provides adjustable amount of water pressure to do the job. The entire installation process is straightforward and quick. I like the documentation included on how to use. I leave it in the bathroom and it is convenient way to show guests how to use the device.
