A little adjusting and we're ready to be clean!
I adjusted the direction of the streams (by placing my hand in front of the stream before I turned on the valve) and then tightened the seat screws as I installed the bidet. We have been using the Neo320 for over a year and it is far superior for cleanliness when compared to papaer. I can't say that it's paid for itself by replacing the paper, but the overall confidence in being clean is well worth the cost of the unit.

This thing changed my life. I can no longer live without a bidet. The benefits of this model in particular are great. Works great and was easy to set up. I love the warm water hook up in the winter time. The aim is spot on. If you’ve ever wondered about trying a bidet, give it a try. You will not regret it, and luxe has a nice selection. Even my wife who thought it would be weird, hates going to the bathroom anywhere but home now.

We absolutely love our bidet! The warm water option is a must. We also like the water pressure options. Setup was pretty easy- my husband did it one night. The quality is excellent and it sprays exactly where needed. This is our first bidet so we feel like the upgrade from paper to water is significant. Thank you!

This is the bidet to buy! I have 2 and the other one is a different brand. This one is far superior. The stream hits in all the right places. Nice warm water option. And easy to install. I will be purchasing one of these for my other bathroom.

Won't Live Without it Now
I absolutely love this product! I can't stand using any other bathroom. I would highly recommend everyone try it. Once you use it you will NEVER go back. Its options of spraying front or back is awesome too. It is also very simple to install. You just screw it on like your toilet seat, attach the hose to the water tap and 'voila' done!

Great product! Comes with everything you need to set up. Leaves you feeling clean. Only issue my wife has with it is the aim/angle of the feminine was compared to some other bidet systems. Also would be great if the the T adapter was able to adjust the water pressure, we have high water pressure so the pressure adjuster on the unit doesn’t cut it.

I wasn’t sure how I felt about this, but I was curious enough to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! This bidet was really easy to install, and came with super clear instructions with pictures. It’s decently small, and doesn’t stand out. The nozzles are easy to aim, and I was so excited that they’re self-cleaning. It’s simple to set up the water temperature, and easy to adjust. I’ve been able to use less toilet tissue as well, so that’s a plus! Definitely recommend.

Work well but hard to control water pressure
Easy to install, works and has a nice self cleaning function, but you can't adjust the angle of the water coming out and the pressure changes drastically with even small adjustments to the dial.
