Excellent Product
I have used the Luxe bidet now for nearly a year and have found it to be an excellent product. It was easy to install. Then, the ability to adjust both the water temperature and the strength of the water pressure provides a very pleasant and useful experience. No problems have occurred since installing this bidet. The price was reasonable as well. I highly recommend this bidet.

Better than toilet paper alone!
It does as advertised. Very nice to have the warm water setting as well. The way it fits on a toilet requires toilet seat risers so that the seat can be level. That took a lot of trial in error over the years due to differences in toilet seat shapes we've encountered. The controls can be a little sensitive, meaning the jet of water that comes out can be stronger than expected. Overall, a good product.

Best hot/warm/cold water bidet out there
I have the Neo 180 and needed another one and got the Neo 320 as I could gook it up to the hot water line easily. During cold months having the hot water is nice. You can turn the handle to get the right temperature you want. It doesn't actually heat the water itself. The only issue I had was that depending on how long it takes your water to heat up it can take some time.

I am LOVING the Bidet. I was not sure what to expect. I am pleasantly surprised. It was super easy to install. I love that it has the self cleaning dual nozzles. It makes me feel more confident that the Bidet is clean. I also love the Hot and Cold water option. Sometimes you need a little cold other times you need a little hot. Anyone who is on the fence should go ahead and get one you wont reget it.

Don't wait this is awesome
I love having the option to go from cold to warm. It took some getting used to but after adjusting I can't believe I waited this long. My wife loves the option to change from the two modes it has. Plus its easy to install. It also has a cleaning option which is really nice as well. The whole family loves using it plus the quality is great also. Overall a great invention.

I bought my first one in January 2020.. so glad I did it just the pandemic toilet paper craziness! It works just as it should and very easy to install. It's easy to clean with the built-in option. I recommend the hot + cold water option. The water pressure is also adjustable which is great. After testing it for a few months, I bought another one for our second toilet and even convince my father-in-law to get one.

[Incentivized Review] Awesome product
I purchased this bidet because I was having carpal tunnel surgery on my dominant hand. It came on time and was easy to install. I love the option or warm and cold temps. This bidet was a life saver for me. I continue to use and I've recommended it many family members and friends. It is great hygiene and feel completely clean when using it. I love the nozzle cleaning option as well. All in all I love the bidet.

This model is great
We really like this device. So much so, we don't like using the toilet anywhere else anymore. We save tons on toilet paper, and we come away really clean--like getting a miniature bath. Hot and cold water mix is a huge plus especially in winter; we wouldn't consider a Bidet without the hot water option. Installing it is easy for any DIY person. We highly recommend this product.

A great and affordable bidet
This bidet is great. Works exactly as advertised, and not having to deal with ice cold water is amazing. Setting it up was a bit of a project, but all things considered they make it as easy as they can and provide everything you need along with helpful instructions. Overall a very good bidet, worth the price. Pro tip: turn the water on “nozzle cleaning” for 30 seconds before switching over to ensure you have warmer water.

Game changer!
Game changer! Since we installed our bidet last year, we have dramatically decreased our toilet paper and wipe consumption, especially from the kids! I love the warm water feature since our tap is very cold. We have 4 bathrooms in our house and choose to use the one with the bidet most of the time. I’m thinking we need to purchase more so we won’t be fighting over the “good” toilet. :-D
