Got this for my garage bathroom so I could scrub animal waterers, hose off shoes, rinse off filthy outdoor clothes and raingear, etc., indoors during freezing weather when my exterior pipes are drained and insulated. Got this for my garage bathroom so I could scrub animal waterers, hose off shoes, rinse off filthy outdoor clothes and raingear, etc., indoors during freezing weather when my exterior pipes are drained and insulated. Super long hose lets me fill buckets and hose mud down floor drain, etc. Warm water faucet attachment makes my life easy and can be removed in a couple minutes if necessary. All the parts/washers were included in the box. Brass parts seem to be holding up well, sprayer pressure is adjustable, etc. None of the vital parts in this unit are plastic, which is important to me as I don't want to develop a leak under pressure after it's been in use for a while. Installing this meant that no major plumbing changes were needed, it was done in 5 mins, and it is absolutely worth it to never have cold wet hands in winter again. You may need to purchase a separate wrench to get the faucet aerator off. Read Less

This works extremely well, is easy to clean and control, and comes with good customer service. I have a non-standard RV bathroom faucet and was having trouble finding a connector for it, so after a trip to the Home Depot to determine the correct size of my faucet’s threads, I called the company, and the nice man who answered solved the problem.. pointing me toward a ten dollar adapter here on Amazon that did the trick. After that, bidet was easy to install, and I didn’t need to cut into the RV’s pex tubing to do it. I hang the nozzle in my shower, so if there’s a leak from either end, the water won’t ruin my RV. The bidet itself is easy to control one-handed. You can point it to just the right spot so that everything else stays (relatively) dry, and since it’s connected to the sink faucet, you can control the temperature, if you wish (I’ve become used to cold water and don’t bother, like most bidet users seem to do). I was worried at first about parts of this being plastic instead of metal, but now that I’ve used it for a while, I think it’s not an issue. In fact, it’s much lighter than the metal one and so easier to maneuver (a family member has the metal one, so I’ve used both). My first bidet was one of those that looks like a kitchen sprayer. My second was one designed specifically for RVs that attached to the toilet. This one is the best one, by far. In an RV, if you’re on pump, the pressure is adequate and does what it’s supposed to, though I prefer city hookup pressure to convince me that the job is done. :-) This saves on toilet paper, especially if you use a dedicated cloth towel or washcloth to dry the splash zone after use. And, since you automatically use more water each time you need to…um…use it (ahem!), RV pyramids and clogs are a thing of the past. Plus, you can use it to clean your shower and toilet, your shoes, baby messes…. This thing is great for RVers and sticks-and-bricks homeowners alike. Read Less

But not anymore, I bought this product and received it within two days only. Installation was very easy and quick, I did not need any tool to install it, just my hands. This Handheld Bidet is just fantastic. I used to use a plants sprayer to clean myself after going to the bathroom and fill it with water from the showering faucet. But not anymore, I bought this product and received it within two days only. Installation was very easy and quick, I did not need any tool to install it, just my hands. The plastic hose is made of very high quality materials and it feels very light comparing with others aluminum covered hoses. I easily connected the plastic hose to both ends of the sprayer and the water switch adapter with my hands and it never came out or leaked. And then removed the faucet aerators from the original faucet and placed the new adapter and started using this product without any problems. We also reviewed some videos on this product via youtube and Rinseworks even has an install how-to video on there too and further info explaining the quality of their products (which we are very happy with and understand why they have used the materials they have to construct this). Easy to use, even the seniors in the house find it easy and lightweight to handle (which is exactly why these materials are used). We did install a simple inexpensive hook that we had, to the wall to keep the hose off the floor and also chose to screw the bidet wand holder into the wood cabinet next to the toilet as opposed to hanging from the tank because its easier for the seniors to reach. We love this and are buying one for every washroom. They also apparently have similar kits but with much longer hoses (of different material) for washrooms that have the toilet and sink much further apart. The faucet bidet with temperature control beats any other sprayer and definitely any seat attachment. Its also at the best price. Read Less
