The Aquaus Faucet Bidet attachment is EXACTLY what we have been looking for. The Aquaus Faucet Bidet attachment is EXACTLY what we have been looking for. Incredibly easy to install even on our original taps from the 70’s (the kit comes with everything you should need including adapters). Read the directions and it will go smoothly without questions. We also reviewed some videos on this product via youtube and Rinseworks even has an install how-to video on there too and further info explaining the quality of their products (which we are very happy with and understand why they have used the materials they have to construct this). Easy to use, even the seniors in the house find it easy and lightweight to handle (which is exactly why these materials are used). We did install a simple inexpensive hook that we had, to the wall to keep the hose off the floor and also chose to screw the bidet wand holder into the wood cabinet next to the toilet as opposed to hanging from the tank because its easier for the seniors to reach.
We love this and are buying one for every washroom. They also apparently have similar kits but with much longer hoses (of different material) for washrooms that have the toilet and sink much further apart.
The faucet bidet with temperature control beats any other sprayer and definitely any seat attachment. Its also at the best price.

The plastic hose is made of very high quality materials and it feels very light comparing with others aluminum covered hoses. I easily connected the plastic hose to both ends of the sprayer and the water switch adapter with my hands and it never came out or leaked. And then removed the faucet aerators from the original faucet and placed the new adapter and started using this product without any problems.
I would recommend this product to a friend and I would buy again if needed.

Wonderful for this Colorectal Cancer Survivor!!! -- Wish I could give it TEN stars

I cannot express how much this faucet has changed my life! Seriously! I was recently diagnosed with colorectal cancer and now, after the resection surgery of my colon and rectum, I spend a LOT of time in the bathroom. So much wiping was uncomfortable and painful. I was miserable! Now I am able to rinse completely with the bidet and pat dry -- Yay! No more rash, no more pain.
I like this version over the ones that attach to the toilet water shutoff because I can control the temperature at the sink. Sometimes the warm water is good and other times, when I am chaffed, the cold water is helpful. I have found, though, that if you leave the warm water diverted to the sprayer for a while before using it, the water comes out very very hot! To avoid burning myself, I spray it into the sink for a few seconds until the temperature stabilizes.
The hook-up to the faucet is very tight and as long as the rubber washer is properly in place, it does not leak... At. All. I have not had any leaking at the sprayer end either. I have the bracket that holds the sprayer hanging from the towel rack on the side of our vanity. Using a wrench, I am able to easily remove the bidet to bring with me when traveling. I pack it coiled up, along with the wrench and rubber washer, in a ziplock bag and pack it in my suitcase. Because I remove it for traveling at least once a month, I have found that it does not need to be super tightly installed. I use a washrag between the wrench and the attachment to keep it from getting scratched up. I was concerned that the diverter would extend too low into the sink, especially since we needed to use the extra fitting, but it is perfectly fine. There is plenty of room to put a full sized glass under the tap.
I have experienced some back splashing to the back of the toilet between the seat and the tank, which has dripped onto the floor. I have remedied that problem by rolling a hand towel and placing it behind the seat between the lid and the tank. I think this is a problem unique to our specific toilet as I do not experience this problem at our weekend cabin or other places that we have traveled.
The only complaint I have but was immediately remedied was that the kit arrived without the hanger clip for the sprayer. I Googled RiseWorks, Inc and found their customer service phone number and gave them a call. They didn't even question me and sent the clip out right away.
I seriously do not know how I could get along without this wonderful appliance! I highly recommend it to colon or rectal cancer survivors, colitis suffers, or anyone else that spends a lot of time in the bathroom. Thank you for your wonderful product! I wish I could give you TEN stars!

My faucet spout was too small for the faucet diverter. But I was able to get a cache converter( Tiny junior size) to be able to fit the Diverter. Maybe one should take this into consideration. It works flawlessly. I Love it.

Once you go to the "bidet side" of the force you will never want to go back.

I did not have to buy any extra adapters or fittings. The bonus of the warm water (sink) version is when I had an eye infection instead of constantly rubbing my eye I would start with warm/hot water using the bidet over the sink to flush my eye , soothing warm water , then gradually I'd turn the water to ice cold to reduce inflammation. Really helped me get over an eye infection.
Everyone in the world should own a bidet. No matter how many times you wipe with toilet paper , it feels like your wiping a magic-marker , it never seems to be clean. I use the water bidet and usually only need one hand-full of toilet paper to dry off. The paper is spotless. The bonus of the handheld versus the automatic expensive seat versions , is the handheld you can really get all the angles , the nooks , the crannies and really get all the places clean. Just be careful you can splash up and out the back of your seat. The first time I used mine I got a little carried away and had a little splash fest in my bathroom. A minor learning curve is involved but well worth every penny. Soon you'll be splashing your bottom with relative ease. My Mother loves hers and wonders why she spent 60 years of her life just wiping with paper never really getting that crispy clean bottom.
The all brass version is heavier so keep that in mind when ordering. BOTH the pvc version and the brass version have a solid internal brass valve. THIS is the important part the part that would leak if they used sub-par metal. So both versions are essentially the same with the internal brass water valve. With exception the all brass version has a brass sprayer as well. If I had to choose again I'd go with the plastic version , it's lighter and still has the same internal brass part. The part that matters the most.

Easy to install, and works without leaking. However, it does get stuck in the hanging clasp designed for it. Not used for toilets in my house, but the clip will not attach to anything else. I am not sure why it gets stuck, almost as if it was designed with too tight of a fit.

Replacement washers can also be purchased at your local hardware store if and when they become needed. N. B. There is a 3 year warranty on the unit and the chaps at Rinse World are very helpful. I had a delightful chat with one of them regarding Teflon Tape to fix a leak when screwing metal to metal. He was opposed and recommended buying a $6 replacement part but I went with the Teflon tape and it has worked O.K. for me so far.
You can test for leaks by laying a few pieces of paper towel under the suspected leak and leave it overnight. Even the slightest drip will leave a stain. On my Kohler commode there is a hole in the foundation and if your sink is too close to the commode you can thread the hose through the hole and take up the slack by placing the handle on the opposite side. Also, be aware that, at least on the Kolhler models, the handle holder will raise the lid about 1/4 inch. This will not cause the lid to slide off but it will move if leaned against.
Regarding the very real danger of being exposed to too hot water: I have a hand held hose with handle on my shower and separate faucet handles for hot and cold water. I always blend the hot and cold water and test for the correct temperature before using it on any sensitive body parts. I do this test each time I restart the flow of water. If it works with a shower hose it should work with this unit. Just be sure to test for the right blend of hot and cold water temperature before each and every use.
I have found this to be a welcome device (Dr. Mercola recommends a Bidet) and they are commonly found in Europe as a separate unit. Hence the classic tale: American female tourist to French woman upon first seeing a bidet:
"Oh, is that to wash the baby in?"
Answer by French woman: "No. That is to wash the baby out."

Great product

Installs in 5 min with no tools, and does not require working under sink like with other bidet systems. I prefer hand-held units to those that attach to the toilet sit since you can have more control in directing the water exactly where you want it to go (and where you don't). This seems to be the only product on the market that attaches directly to the faucet, and gives you a warm water bidet with such an easy installation.

This seems to be the only product on the market that attaches directly to the faucet, and gives you a warm water bidet with such an easy installation.
Two things to consider:
Keep in mind that it will make the faucet opening sit about 2 inches lower. If you happen to have one of those faucets that already sits low over the sink, plus one of those shallow sinks, you may run out of space to comfortably wash your hands without touching the sink surface, especially if you have large hands. I think most bathroom sink setups have enough space for this not to be an issue though.
The majority of faucets use either the large (15/16) or small (13/16) aerator gauge. The unit fits the large size out of the box. For the small one you would have to make a trip to Home Depot and get a different adapter. The provided manual explains well what to do in such situation.
Update:
Unfortunately, the issue with bursts of hot water noted by other reviewers appears to exists. If you turn on the diverter valve not right before you wash yourself, but sometime prior, by the time you get to engage the handle button, the water comes out very hot for a few seconds before it normalizes. Same happens if you release the handle button, and then restart washing some time afterwards. Having abundant time to contemplate this phenomena during my bowel passing journeys, I have come to speculate that, while the bidet handle button is off, the sink faucet remains open, and the pressure in the hot pipe forces more hot water into the mix inside the hose. If indeed so, it could be an unavoidable issue with such design. Moral: stay focused - turn it on, wash yourself, and be done...make up your mind firmly whether you're done with your #2... don't be an indecisive flip-flopper and strain yourself to squeeze out more after you already washed yourself. On the serious note, since this requires you to constantly pay attention, or else a possibility of scalding exists, it's a big issue, especially if your front parts are involved. I have to downgrade my rating, which is unfortunate, since I like everything else about this unique and quality product. The manufacturer needs to put a red warning label on the handle to alert the user about this problem.
Anyway, it appears I have unintentionally created a rather long discourse on what appears to be the subject of a proper treatment of my a-hole, so I better wash myself up and direct my attention to pursuits of higher matters; perhaps an Amazon review of lyric poetry (which I just finished reading on the toilet) should rectify my brief preoccupation with the primordial.

I would highly get this product I went for the copper inlay as it lasts longer. Hope this review helps someone.
Hope the company gives more attachments for future customers in the box. Took 5 mins to set up. I do recommend getting a small Allen wrench to help get off the original aerator on your sink.

The item was as described. Lucky for me I wanted to change out my old faucets because my sinks had SMALL aerators. The item came with helpful instructions as to where to obtain an adapter if the one it came with didn't fit. Found it too, but was just too short for these new sleek faucets with the deep aerator recesses.

NOTE TO FUTURE CONSUMERS: Please know that as of DEC 2015 the adapter that comes with this item only fit ONE; that's right... ONE faucet out of the MANY at my local Home Depot. The faucet is made by GLACIER BAY. The faucet name is LEON. The model number is:#ACUSIST216RMLFHD. The item number is:#164 893. They are really nice fixtures. So, if you buy this item and find yourself in the same jam, you now have a reference to what faucet you need to look for first.
THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE MANUFACTURER!!!
The designers just make these weird new designs for sink, kitchen, and bath faucets that utilize standard parts in non-standard way. This handheld faucet is indeed made for sinks with STANDARD or REGULAR aerators, and the can work with SMALL aerators too (with the really inexpensive adapter for small aerators), but they have to really be STANDARD in design at the spout. Most of the new models Home Depot had were of designs that would make it difficult or impossible to use the shipped adapter (or the SMALL adapter) because of the deep recesses that the aerators screw into to make them appear "seamless" and flush in design.
Now...I'M STILL GIVING IT FIVE STARS BECAUSE THIS THING IS GREAT!!!! It has so many uses too. If you buy one for one purpose, you'll soon find that it can be used for anything that requires the use of water. Make sure to follow the instructions and enjoy your handheld faucet.
