The hose connecting the handle to the t-plug leaked profusely as soon as we turned the water supply back on. It wasn't leaking from the threads. It was leaking from the straight metal piece below the nut. It also did not fit our toilet lid screws very well. I had to remove the screw rubber housing to get it to fit. I do like the design of this bidet, I wish they could send a replacement hose.

At first I didn't really like using a bidet. It was something that was foreign to my previous experience. That being said, with more experience with it, I am very happy with it and have come to believe that everyone toilet should have one built in. It was easy to install. Just follow the instructions. I just wish there were some to connect it to warm water. 

Really like this product. The cost is very reasonable-- and it works very well. It is unobtrusive and easy to install. The only drawback is the water isn't heated and can be a bit cold. This doesn't bother me and to have one with warm water would require us to put a hole in the wall which I don't want to do. For those that are currently building homes you may want to include an electrical outlet in the bathroom in case you want a bidet with heated water. 

After my surgery I needed to keep this particular body part ultra clean. We bought 1 and tested in our bathroom. Easy to install. Works very well. We then bought a second one for the other toilet. Yea the water is a bit cold but you get used to it . I don’t know how we ever did without one. Super good price. We just installed one on at our pregnant daughter’s place Would highly recommended

Had a workmate recommend this specific product to me. So I bought 2 of these Samodora bidets last November /24, one for each bathroom. Extremely easy to install and basically same as replacing a toilet seat, but with this added and an easy splice to the toilets water line with the provided in the box equipment. It probably took me about 15-20mins. to install the first one and slightly less for the second. I had some reservations about these being non heated but the amount of water used feels to be at the house temperature and not an issue at all. Myself, wife and daughter love them. Would highly recommend this product to my friends for the ease of function and the price.

Une douchette WC parfaite ! Pas chère, de bonne qualité et facile à monter. Rien à redire : elle fait le job pour le troufillon comme une pro ! Si j’avais pu encore ajouter une étoile, je l’aurais fait. Vraiment satisfait ! 

Was hesitant but an elderly friend told me she purchased a bidet and loved it. I have serious shoulder issues (second rotator cuff injury and nothing can be done to fix it because I waited to long after tearing it the second time). So every so many months, it acts up and I have excruciating pain. This has helped so much!! I HIGHLY recommend it even if you’re NOT disabled. My amazing neighbor installed it for me and it works like a charm!!
