Great product and very easy to install. The positioning of the water pipes is very well designed and it does the work perfectly fine. 

Delivery was fast even though it could not be delivered to collection point due to parcel size limit. Very good and easy to install. Works well and water pressure is good. Perfect for lefthand user. Will be getting the right hand version for the other toilets. 

After my smart toilet broke. I decided to purchase this simple device. After installation it works very well. I hope it lasts a long time without breaking down. The goods came very quickly from PL. I recommend. 

Will only install tomorrow and only can see how good is this bidet. Delivery is very slow. Now will test the quality. Just installed today and the hose connector given not long enough and need a lot of modification for the hose to ensure it can fix to the original hose. Quite lots of work as the maintenance person takes along time to fix it. You need lot of experience to install it. It looks beautiful and tidy in my bathroom. 

Easy to install. Just need the right wrench 🔧. Also very slim. Doesn’t disturb the oriSpray targets also accurate. No need to move too much. 

Received item within a few days. Product is easy to install and straight forward, I just have to clean my toilet bowl before installation. Quality of product though plasticky but looks solid grade material. On/off knob has click sound when turned. Overall satisfied. 

This version doesn't fit most modern toilet seats as the bidet outlet protrudes very high and far out of the back. The toilet seat will be resting on the bidet outlet, resulting in the need for spacers. 

The items come with very well equipped parts.Ease of installation.It has a wide side wash and upwards wash nozzle.Highly recommended to those who wish to have a clean buttocks after their business.May buy again if there is a promotion.Thank you. 

it was perfect for my toilet. I installed it very easy, didnt have any issues works perfectly and looks just like the photos online 

Ordered 2. One was exactly like previous purchases. Obviously brand new in the box. Second had obviously been used or at least opened. The flexible hose didn't have the twist wire, and despite there being a loose washer in the packaging, one had already been fitted into the adaptor. Condition looked as new and I could find no defects. Both now fitted and working OK.
