Excellent Quality.

After returning 2 other bidet sprayers purchased on Amazon due to leaking adaptor fittings which switched the valve body connection from G 1/2 to 1/2 inch NPT I found this one which looked like, from the pictures, to be one solid brass valve body with legitimate 1/2 NPT fittings machined into it. The actual product was exactly as pictured and it installed with no leaks.

It worked well until it’s started leaking water nonstop through the valve. It drips regularly now so the tile is starting to get ruined. It was less than a year. Need replacement. Updated 11/27/22: customer service reached out to resolve my problem. They were very polite and accommodating. They sent the necessary replacement part so the product again works well

Terrible product. Started leaking in less than a year of use. Hot/cold and water pressure are very hard to adjust.

Build quality seems pretty good , only thing would be the oring between hose and sprayer. Used plumbers tape , with out it would spray all over the place. Definitely nice for a fresh setup bc it is meant to be mounted into the wall under tile. If you're handy it you can make it work and mount to side of sink. Some drilling and sawing needed.

Water temperature too hot. When handle is placed in the cold side, scolding hot water starts to flow then goes to cold.

I buy for all bathrooms and is good quality.
