[Incentivized Review] First time user...
one startwo starsthree starsfour starsfive stars
Pretty good product overall. Easy to install. I've only had the product for a few weeks but it seems to be well constructed from quality part. Some surprises for a first time user; heated seat :), the water was warmed to an appropriate temperature, and wand clean themselves upon sitting (occasionally pre-splashing user). One flaw might be that the wands are stationary requiring the user to make some adjustments during use.

Not the most comfortable
one startwo starsthree starsfour starsfive stars
The water pressure is very strong and can be a little painful. It does come with two setting but unfortunately you cannot adjust the angle in which the water sprays, so you would have to adjust yourself while sitting on the toilet. It does look very nice and is sturdy but I am most likely going to switch to a different brand.

GREAT bidet attachment with a subtle, streamlined design

This is a fantastic bidet attachment. It's easy to install and works well, and I appreciate the streamlined, white design that blends in with my white toilet. This is a fantastic bidet attachment. It's easy to install and works well, and I appreciate the streamlined, white design that blends in with my white toilet. If you're unfamiliar with them, bidets are beneficial for several reasons. They provide superior hygiene by thoroughly cleaning those sensitive areas, reducing the risk of infection and irritation. Bidets are also eco-friendly, significantly reducing the need for toilet paper, conserving water and decreasing waste. Additionally, they offer a gentler and more comfortable option for individuals with sensitive skin or conditions like hemorrhoids. This bidet is a great option—here's why:
Features:
- Offers two cleaning modes for feminine and posterior wash
- Provides a comfortable and customizable cleaning experience with different nozzles and water angles
- Fits most toilet seat sizes and shapes
- Helps reduce toilet paper usage, which saves money and reduces waste
Design:
- Crafted from high-quality ABS material
- Subtle, white, streamlined design blends in with most toilets
Easy Operation:
- Easy adjustment of water pressure for a personalized rinsing experience
Easy Installation:
- Comes with everything needed for installation
- Can be installed in under 10 minutes
Compatibility:
- Slim design and recessed downward position of the nozzle make it compatible with most standard toilets without leaving a gap
- Comes with an 18-month warranty and strong after-sales support
Overall, bidets enhance personal cleanliness, promote environmental sustainability, and provide a more comfortable bathroom experience. This bidet is excellent value at under $50.

Awesome design and performance, instructions just fall a bit short
one startwo starsthree starsfour starsfive stars
The Good
1) The design is very sleek and low profile
2) Control is easy to adjust
3) Angle of both sprayers is just right
4) Build quality feels solid
5) The main unit can easily be removed to allow for easier cleaning of the toilet bowl
The Bad
1) I feel like the instructions are inadequate. If I didn't have some DIY experience, the instruction booklet may not have been enough on its own.
The Bottom Line: Despite my opinion of the instructions, it is still great enough that I bought a 2nd one to replace a bidet I have in another bathroom. It's worth it.

I installed this in our master bathroom and we have used it for about a month now. Since my wife often uses flushable wipes, I got this in hopes of eliminating (or at least significantly decreasing) such usage since they can cause plumbing issues (i.e. clogs!). This was super easy to install...took less than 20 minutes. It comes with a cord that when plugged in heats the seat and the water, but you can also use it without plugging it in which is what we've been doing since we don't necessarily care about a heated seat and/or water. It has two directions of spray (a slightly forward direction and a rear [no pun intended!] direction). You simply use the dial/switch on the side to turn on the spray (move it forward for the front area and move it backward for the rear). It also has two flow settings (min, max) for each direction...so you can choose to spray a little or a lot depending on the situation. We absolutely LOVE this product!!! I wasn't sure how much I would actually use it when I got it but I think I use it more than my wife at this point! Lol It's just so easy and convenient to use. It's also self cleaning btw so now worries there, and the lids are self closing so no more accidentally "dropping" the toilet seat! I would definitely encourage people to check this product out. It's high quality and works flawlessly...and it will definitely eliminate or at least save on the use of flushable wipes!!! :) Totally worth it. Thinking about actually getting one for my parents since we love it so much.

The seat was incredibly easy to install, I replaced the old one in about 30 minutes. All of the required hardware is included, all you need is a screwdriver and (maybe) an adjustable wrench (don’t overtighten). It is important to note that you do need to have an electrical outlet nearby. I installed a new one a few weeks ago knowing that I was getting this.

All of the required hardware is included, all you need is a screwdriver and (maybe) an adjustable wrench (don’t overtighten). It is important to note that you do need to have an electrical outlet nearby. I installed a new one a few weeks ago knowing that I was getting this.
The seat itself is comfortable, but you do lose some sitting room and the opening is smaller compared to the regular toilet seat it replaced, because the back part of the seat that houses the electronics and such take up some of the space. It is also simple to use, there are two buttons on left that toggle through low, medium and off settings for the heated seat temperature and water temperature. The dial on the right controls the water flow and ‘aim’ (forwards for front, back for rear and center for ‘off’). The flow isn’t overpowering, but enough to get you clean, and the water warms almost instantly. The sprayer itself is contained when not it use and has a self cleaning system, while the exterior doesn’t appear to be any more difficult to clean than any other seat. It also has a light that automatically illuminates for nighttime visits. My only complaint would be that the cord could be a little longer. I was able to reach mine on the opposite side, but an extra foot or two would’ve been nice so I could tuck it away better.
In summary, it may seem a little expensive at first, but when you consider what you pay for a night or two at a fancy hotel compared to something like this that will last you for years of use, I think it is totally worth it. It will also save you money on toilet paper (although you’ll still need some to dry off) and have less impact on your pipes and the environment. It will get you cleaner and the seat heater and warm water are an added comfort. Go ahead and get one…your posterior will thank you later.

I wasn't really sure what to think about this initially, I have never owned a bidet before, or even used one, so this was my first experience with such a thing. Installation was simple, took the bolts out of the toilet seat, put the little round template down over the holes then put the seat back on top then you click the bidet spout into it. When mounting this, make sure you push it back as far as possible so it's not sticking out past the backside of your toilet seat, or it could be left in a...

When mounting this, make sure you push it back as far as possible so it's not sticking out past the backside of your toilet seat, or it could be left in a "bad" position Lol. Unscrew the water fee line, connect the feed line the lit comes with in its place. Done. No tools even necessary!
There are only two directions you can turn the knob, right to spray the bum, left to spray all over the legs, the front of the toilet, then out the front and right up the wall.... I recommend you only turn to the right lol the left isn't fit.
It seems to do a decent enough job firing cold water right up your hole.. I have found you still need to wipe after, and also dry off as well. But it does lead to a much cleaner bathroom experience vs just a dry wipe and go.
Overall, I will continue to use this, but I'm not 100% sold on it yet.. Maybe if I could control the aiming a bit better or if it was warm water it would be better.
Good starter unit to get you comfortable with this kind of product. But I think ill upgrade to something nicer if I continue down the bidet path.

Not at all as good as our previous, American Standard, bidet seat. Spray direction is not optimal and heat is sub-optimal.

It’s Not Doing Its Purpose

As soon as we tested it we noticed the water wasn’t directed towards what it’s suppose to be cleaning. Instead it’s cleaning the toilet.
Retuned all three we bought.

I thought cold water would be uncomfortable but actually it isnt bad at all. I really like using a bidet, I dont always use it but it does get used about once a day. Right when we installed it we noticed that the 'female' use and the 'bottom' use are backwards on the handle. Using the bottom one sprays very fsr forward and the female sprays farther back. That isnt a problem, however, the 'bottom' setting (the one that is supposed to be female) sprays so far forward it isnt usable. I am female an...

I am female and it would be nice, but it actually hits the lip of the toilet seat and soaks my thighs. If my knees are not touching it would spray right out of the toilet. Not very good. I use the bottom setting and lean in different ways to achieve what I can. The other thing is that you have to use it with caution. The full spray is actually very strong. I was ok with it and didnt mind it but I actually think it cut my bottom :( all better now but uncomfortable for a few days.
