This is my first experience installing a at-home bidet. The instructions were short and concise, so it took a beginner like myself a bit more time to figure out. The bidet itself is nice quality, simple and slim, and doesn't stand out like a sore thumb. It's got dual nozzles, have adjustable pressure controls, and I found it interesting that it didn't need electricity to operate.

I’ve successfully installed other bidets in my upstairs bathrooms and bought this for my downstairs bathroom. I Installed it following the directions and when I turned the water back on the T-valve started leaking. I found an extra washer in my garage and tried using that. I tried using plumbers tape, but it continued to leak. My husband attempted to install it and he had the same leaking from the T-valve. Sadly, I am returning it.

Pretty good product overall. Easy to install. I've only had the product for a few weeks but it seems to be well constructed from quality part. Some surprises for a first time user; heated seat :), the water was warmed to an appropriate temperature, and wand clean themselves upon sitting (occasionally pre-splashing user). One flaw might be that the wands are stationary requiring the user to make some adjustments during use. 

As a first-time bidet user, I found this bidet easy to install and generally effective. It hits the right spot for me, but there's a slight issue—if you sit too far back, your butt might touch the nozzle, which feels odd. My boyfriend, however, isn't a fan; he says it just sprays his balls regardless of the setting, SMH. Overall, it works well for me, but opinions in our household are divided! I will probably move it out of our main bathroom, per his request.

My other bidet broke where the nozzle stopped retracting back inside and so it got disgustingly dirty. I bought this one and love it! It is slim and sleek. Very easy to install and I like how there is only one nozzle for both female and male part. Hopefully, the nozzle doesn't break and continues to retract and such. The other one broke after a yr. Will make a review update if this one breaks later down the road but if it doesn't 5/5.

This is my first experience with a bidet. I was very skeptical about using a bidet at first as I wasn’t sure what to expect. This is a bathroom game changer. It a very pleasant experience with the heated water and seat functions. Plus you save money on toilet paper! I really like the soft close feature of the lid so it doesn’t slam shut. The seat was very easy to install. I was able to have it all hooked up and operating in about 15 minutes. 

Installation was so easy! I didn't get any leaks, thankfully. It works very well and I'm excited to officially be able stop buying wipes which are bad for the septic system, environment, and... my nether regions. So far, so amazing!

This work great and is so easy to install. Took me about 20 minutes start to finish. Everything I needed was in the box. Just remember the spray nozzle when first installing sort of just hands there. You have to pull it forward and listen for the click that’s when it’s correctly in place. If you skip this part you will think it’s broken but it’s really not. It has a very strong sprayer and I always feel clean after using the bathroom. Great product

This works really well for a non electric bidet. It was easy to install and looks like a regular toilet seat and lid when closed. It has two different spray options. It's easy to use. The only drawback is the the water is not heated. That takes some getting used to but otherwise it's great. Pros Durable, Easy to Use, Sturdy, High Quality, Easy to Install, Looks Great, Nice Design 

Product works great! This is the 2nd non-electric bidet that I have purchased. I highly recommend getting one of these for each of your bathrooms. I know bidets are not as common in the US, but once you use one you will never go back! If you do not have an electric outlet close to your toilet, this is the way to go. Very simple to install and in 5 minutes you are good to go.
