Seemed easy enough to install but it leaks from the T adapter no matter what I do. Very frustrating! Would not recommend.

Slim and simple bidet
This is my first experience installing a at-home bidet. The instructions were short and concise, so it took a beginner like myself a bit more time to figure out. The bidet itself is nice quality, simple and slim, and doesn't stand out like a sore thumb. It's got dual nozzles, have adjustable pressure controls, and I found it interesting that it didn't need electricity to operate.

Product works great! This is the 2nd non-electric bidet that I have purchased. I highly recommend getting one of these for each of your bathrooms. I know bidets are not as common in the US, but once you use one you will never go back! If you do not have an electric outlet close to your toilet, this is the way to go. Very simple to install and in 5 minutes you are good to go.

I’ve successfully installed other bidets in my upstairs bathrooms and bought this for my downstairs bathroom. I Installed it following the directions and when I turned the water back on the T-valve started leaking. I found an extra washer in my garage and tried using that. I tried using plumbers tape, but it continued to leak. My husband attempted to install it and he had the same leaking from the T-valve. Sadly, I am returning it.

Pretty good product overall. Easy to install. I've only had the product for a few weeks but it seems to be well constructed from quality part. Some surprises for a first time user; heated seat :), the water was warmed to an appropriate temperature, and wand clean themselves upon sitting (occasionally pre-splashing user). One flaw might be that the wands are stationary requiring the user to make some adjustments during use.

When researching this product, I looked at the reviews and was nervous to try this product. 4 months after my purchase, and I am still loving this product. This is my first bidet, so I didn't know what to expect. But installation was easy, and everything worked without issue, so I have been very happy with this purchase. To address some of the complaints. After reading multiple reviews, you need to be diligent in setting the sprayer to make sure it snaps in place. My twist handle came attached, so the people who said theirs didn't, may have gotten a damaged product. Expect it to be attached. I have no leaks, except for after installing it I wanted to move the hose to a less conspicuous position, and I didn't turn off the water before doing it. If you do not mess with the hose or connections, you shouldn't have any leaks. Lastly, my only complaint about this product is when you clean it, the underneath portion where it connects to the toilet isn't flat or solid. Kind of annoying to clean that area because you can't just quick wipe it.

This is my first experience with a bidet. I was very skeptical about using a bidet at first as I wasn’t sure what to expect. This is a bathroom game changer. It a very pleasant experience with the heated water and seat functions. Plus you save money on toilet paper! I really like the soft close feature of the lid so it doesn’t slam shut. The seat was very easy to install. I was able to have it all hooked up and operating in about 15 minutes.
