They are no-nonsense, easy to install, easy to use, and more than powerful enough to get the job done. Installation: Unscrew the hose going to your toilet tank, add the T-connector, reconnect to tank, connect bidet hose, good to go. Less than 30 minutes if you struggle with plumbing, 10 if you're good at it, 60 if you have to make a Home Depot run. Overall, very easy. Usage: You slide the slider *carefully* to the pressure you want, and slide it to Off when you're done. The pressure this thing is capable of is unbelieveable. I am convinced that, if I were brave enough and strong enough to withstand the max setting, that water would shoot out of my ears. Build/Quailty: They're very simple devices. The pressure is so so much better than any other bidet I’ve tried, and I bought like four other different kinds before this one. Also it’s especially great for women, toilet seat bidets usually spray from back to front which is not good for your health. I’ve had this for three years now and I’m just buying another because I’m moving, but my current one is still going strong. The pressure is so so much better than any other bidet I’ve tried, and I bought like four other different kinds before this one. Also it’s especially great for women, toilet seat bidets usually spray from back to front which is not good for your health. And all the other hose attachment once I tried just could not match the pressure. This one gets everything sparkling clean in like 10 seconds top, it’s really the best. Also great for toilet cleaning. I just sanitize it with 70% alcohol periodically, and I’ve never had any rust buildup or any issues with it. It’s also never leaked and I live in an old apartment with bad plumbing but it hasn’t caused any issues with the toilet. I was so relieved when I saw that Amazon still has these because there’s no going back after owning one! Read Less
