(I am writing this review after 3 weeks of use) the bidet was simple to install without the need for tools. The package included all necessary items, including extra washers and alternative mounting hardware. Prior to receiving the item. The seller emailed me some helpful tips pertaining to the installation and quality maintenance of the bidet. So far I am very happy with the quality of the product and the support of the seller. Happy happy with this bidet. I forgot the last one I had when we moved. It was plastic ann it worked just fine. I felt a littlle tenuous about going w/ a different one but it is BRASS😏 and the price was good, so... I'm really glad that I took the chance. The only change I could see would be that the thumb control could be adjusted to where it was a little easier to 'align'. But I love it and am so glad I found it.

Super easy to install. Didn’t require any tools.

Very solid construction. Feels good to hold. Nice smooth main valve as well as the thumb knob. Easy to install (no leaks at all). I installed it on my toilet on the shower side so as an added plus, I can use it to spray down the walls after cleaning.

Installed this in our travel trailer. Was easy to install and had no issues so far.
