Good thing, quality weight, easy install... But make yourself a favor and buy a new toilet hose
one startwo starsthree starsfour starsfive stars
Everything was easy and good. Everything, but my old toilet hose that had old gasket. So, I installed it, but the old hose started leaking. It took me some time to figure out what to do - to run to home depot and buy a new hose (which is $7 at most). Second time worked like a charm, I don't even think I would want a warm water there. The room temp is good enough

You get blasted with cold water first before the water heats up??

I think I would prefer warm water at all times, start to finish.
With all the technology we have now-a-days, there must be a way.

Solid option, but not without challenges.

This is a nice solid kit, and should last for a long time. It also works well, once you get used to it.
That being said we still prefer the type that slips in and attaches under the toilet seat, as they are much easier to use, but they just won't fit our one-piece toilets because there isn't the necessary space between the back of the seat and the bowl.
We find it's best to use the wand from the back, as it's awkward and messy from the front....

Adjust the maximum pressure at the connection carefully, to avoid cleaning off more than you intended!
There is NO temperature control, just a T-fitting combining the hot and cold water feeds. We just left that off and connected the cold which is OK providing that you don't flush the toilet before cleaning yourself.
The on-off-pressure control switch on the wand is also a little awkward to use, and can't be moved as it seems to be on the wrong side to be used with the thumb.
Finally, carefully adjust the orientation of the wand when it's in the position you'll use it, to help aim it in the right direct without having to twist it.
It's very useful to clean things like diapers in the general area too.

Love it, but it's cold

It took some time to install. My husband did struggle a bit. Once it was in place it's working well. No leaks. My only thing is that it's definitely COLD! but that's with most bidet sprayers. You will get a rush...

Ok but there are better

I have another one that gives a choice of a longer wand which is much easier for reach. I also find this wand is heavier than the first one I bought and because of the rounder shape - is a little more awkward to grip. The on-off switch isn’t as simple as the other.
Good part - it hooks onto the toilet plumbing directly which is much nicer than hooking to the sink tap. You don’t need warm water to wash off below! It isn’t that cold no matter how cold it gets!

SonTiy has excellent products and customer service. I couldn't connect to the hot water supply from the sink area, but our tub is close enough to the shower that we could connect with the shower head. I bought a sprayer holder for the shower, and I can hang it in the shower or on the side of the toilet. It feels so much better with warm water than it does with cold. Additionally, before I put it up, I rinse it off after each use. (most people are not, and I want cleanliness when it is being used...

Additionally, before I put it up, I rinse it off after each use. (most people are not, and I want cleanliness when it is being used; this is why I prefer this bidet sprayer over a traditional quick-install bidet because you can easily sanitize this sprayer where the bidet head retracts, and there is nothing to cleanse it off after it has cleansed you). Great product. If I were to buy it again, I would pay roughly 20 extra dollars and get their unit to have the vertical control knob.

Should have got one years ago.

I used them when I went to India this year.
Surprisingly usefull.
This unit is more than just a kitchen sink sprayer.
The hand held nozzle has a long, straight pipe with the sprayer in the tip.
Aiming is more accurate.
The trigger assy in the grip takes some getting used to, but after 3 months,
my aim is true.
Cold water on the bung-hole is a bit of a shock at first,
especially if you you have it turned up to "scour" .
Still need a small amount of T.P. to dry things, but,
washing is better than wiping.

Been debating if to buy this for some time, wish I had done it a long time ago, perfect, like someone else said but cold water, yes warm would be great, but it cleans so fast, cold water no deal breaker
