Second unit that leaks from the weird vent in the bottom of the case right below the knob. No issues with any of the connections. It's obviously there to let water out for some reason but it just drips when it feels like. Total waste of time. Avoid.

Revised review on 10/13/2021 I was extremely satisfied with this purchase until today when I saw the bidet started leaking. The leak is not at the connector level but within the bidet itself. I owned loads of bidets before but never came across this type of leak before. I don’t understand some of the negative reviews about this product. For most of the bidets in the market , T adapter is installed at the tank. This one is designed to install T adapter at the water shutoff valve. That’s the only difference. In my case, I was specifically looking for the bidet that can take water line from the T adapter at the shutoff valve, as my American standard toilet does not have enough room to install T adapter at the tank. The manufacturer must emphasize this difference in the product specifications. Overall the bidet works as expected.

It works great. Installs as expected. the only feature that i would add is an angle adjustment, but i can just wiggle around to get everything clean. ladies might appreciate a model with temperature control or heat.

What a fun way to spend your morning!
I have moderate to above average diy experience, i would consider this a 2 or 3 out of 10 on difficulty. This project would have been done in under half an hour! Problem is mine leaked. Not from a connection, those were all fine. Shown in the picture the unit itself is leaking from inside the plastic. Got to spend the morning on a wet bathroom floor putting this thing on, troubleshooting, taking it off, and putting my toilet back to the way it was before I started! If you are looking for a project to kill time with no results this is the bidet for you!

Was hard to install because both bidets I ordered came without instructions. After finding help online, it was a little frustrating. Hard to clean behind them and does not fit with a regular toilet seat. Pretty poopy to be honest. But they do wash your behind well.
