This bidet doesn’t work. The covering won’t open most of the time, so it doesn’t even spray. It also won’t switch between front and back nozzles when the cover does actually open. When it is working correctly, the water pressure isn’t strong enough to do the job…even with the spray on high. It’s supposed to be smaller and more compact, but it’s actually bigger than the other one we have and sticks out significantly farther. Overall, this product is terrible and is going in the trash since I didn’t keep the box. Don’t waste your money. Buy the Luxe brand bidets instead.

My plumber installed these for me, and he had to go get the correct part for the connection to the water line as the one provided was too small. I would not have known what to get! Nor what was needed that wasn’t going to work! So to me the install was not simple as stated. But the simple bidet itself is fantastic! Instructions do not say to pull up the nozzle until it clicks. Took me a minute to figure that out so the water didn’t just point down.

The water shoots down into the toilet instead of up at the genetials witch completely defeats the purpose perhaps it's a user error but looking at photos of other installs eye don't think so
