This bidet doesn’t work. The covering won’t open most of the time, so it doesn’t even spray. It also won’t switch between front and back nozzles when the cover does actually open. When it is working correctly, the water pressure isn’t strong enough to do the job…even with the spray on high. It’s supposed to be smaller and more compact, but it’s actually bigger than the other one we have and sticks out significantly farther. Overall, this product is terrible and is going in the trash since I didn’t keep the box. Don’t waste your money. Buy the Luxe brand bidets instead.

Functionality, cleans front and back. Its very easy to use, and you always feel fresh.

It was easy to install and worked great for about 3 weeks. It suddenly started spraying funny and making a high pitched squealing type sound and now the two nozzles will not even pop out of the casing to spray at all.
