This is my first experience with a bidet. I was very skeptical about using a bidet at first as I wasn’t sure what to expect. This is a bathroom game changer. It a very pleasant experience with the heated water and seat functions. Plus you save money on toilet paper! I really like the soft close feature of the lid so it doesn’t slam shut. The seat was very easy to install. I was able to have it all hooked up and operating in about 15 minutes. 

Easy to install and functional. Nice pressure.

I had a cheap bidet (luxe bidet) for 5 years and was good with it but once I was able to upgrade to this, it has been a life changer. The warm water is so much better than the cold I used to have to endure. Plus the heated seat is amazing on a cold winter morning. Has so many features and settings. I could never go back to a cheat bidet ever again and know this will last a long time. Just as easy to install as any other bidet, no leakage, fit my toilet and bottom great, very functional, looks sleek, and a great value for all the feature and comfort you get.

Took a bit to learn how to use it effectively but works great. Only downside is the bowl becomes a little small. My wife loves the heated seat and warm water. Super easy to install.

Friends who have this have been telling me how great it is for a long time. Wish I had of listened to them sooner. This item is sheer luxury. It does what it says it will do and with ease. Installation was easy without issues. Truly appreciate the feeling of out of shower clean. There is a problem however, now we need one for every toilet in the house. :-)

As part of a new remodel, our licensed plumber installed this unit on top of a new Toto toilet. Unknown to us, the unit began leaking. Water seeped into our new baseboard and drywall and created mold. The primary bathroom had to be RE-remodeled. Toto does not recommend the use of plumber tape (thread sealant). Had it been used, there likely would not have been a leak. Use at your own risk.

I received this bidet a few months ago and was skeptical of installing and using. It took longer than we anticipated to install it due to the fact our house is old and we had to do some work to install an outlet for the bidet. It took some getting used to but, the entire family likes it. I don’t buy hardly any toilet paper (visitors not quite used it ) and that has saved us a lot of money.

The water pressure is fully adjustable, allowing me to customize it for a gentle or more powerful stream depending on my preference. The nozzle is well-positioned, and the wide spray provides an effective and refreshing clean. Plus, the temperature control is a fantastic feature, especially on colder mornings—it adds a level of comfort that I never realized I needed.

This works really well for a non electric bidet. It was easy to install and looks like a regular toilet seat and lid when closed. It has two different spray options. It's easy to use. The only drawback is the the water is not heated. That takes some getting used to but otherwise it's great. Excellent product with good quality. You need an electric outlet to hook it up. It is amazing the water came out warm while the inlet only receive regular room temperature water. I notice the plastic lid is quite firm, so one can sit on it and play with the cell phone. Easy to use, all the labels are properly done and therefore use friendly.
