This is my first experience with a bidet. I was very skeptical about using a bidet at first as I wasn’t sure what to expect. This is a bathroom game changer. It a very pleasant experience with the heated water and seat functions. Plus you save money on toilet paper! I really like the soft close feature of the lid so it doesn’t slam shut. The seat was very easy to install. I was able to have it all hooked up and operating in about 15 minutes. 

As part of a new remodel, our licensed plumber installed this unit on top of a new Toto toilet. Unknown to us, the unit began leaking. Water seeped into our new baseboard and drywall and created mold. The primary bathroom had to be RE-remodeled. Toto does not recommend the use of plumber tape (thread sealant). Had it been used, there likely would not have been a leak. Use at your own risk.

Friends who have this have been telling me how great it is for a long time. Wish I had of listened to them sooner. This item is sheer luxury. It does what it says it will do and with ease. Installation was easy without issues. Truly appreciate the feeling of out of shower clean. There is a problem however, now we need one for every toilet in the house. :-)

Excellent product with good quality. You need an electric outlet to hook it up. It is amazing the water came out warm while the inlet only receive regular room temperature water. I notice the plastic lid is quite firm, so one can sit on it and play with the cell phone. Easy to use, all the labels are properly done and therefore use friendly.

This is an electric bidet so you would need an electrical outlet near your toilet to plug it in. Lots of features and like two water sprays, self-cleansing feature after every use. Instant heating for unlimited warm water. Soft night light for use during night time. It's low profile so it doesn't seem bulky or add too much height on your toilet seat. Worth the price.

Pretty good product overall. Easy to install. I've only had the product for a few weeks but it seems to be well constructed from quality part. Some surprises for a first time user; heated seat :), the water was warmed to an appropriate temperature, and wand clean themselves upon sitting (occasionally pre-splashing user). One flaw might be that the wands are stationary requiring the user to make some adjustments during use. 

I received this bidet a few months ago and was skeptical of installing and using. It took longer than we anticipated to install it due to the fact our house is old and we had to do some work to install an outlet for the bidet. It took some getting used to but, the entire family likes it. I don’t buy hardly any toilet paper (visitors not quite used it ) and that has saved us a lot of money. 

Love this product. My only regret is not purchasing it sooner. It is worth the splurge!
