I installed this in our master bathroom and we have used it for about a month now. I installed this in our master bathroom and we have used it for about a month now. Since my wife often uses flushable wipes, I got this in hopes of eliminating (or at least significantly decreasing) such usage since they can cause plumbing issues (i.e. clogs!). This was super easy to install...took less than 20 minutes. It comes with a cord that when plugged in heats the seat and the water, but you can also use it without plugging it in which is what we've been doing since we don't necessarily care about a heated seat and/or water. It has two directions of spray (a slightly forward direction and a rear [no pun intended!] direction). You simply use the dial/switch on the side to turn on the spray (move it forward for the front area and move it backward for the rear). It also has two flow settings (min, max) for each direction...so you can choose to spray a little or a lot depending on the situation. We absolutely LOVE this product!!! I wasn't sure how much I would actually use it when I got it but I think I use it more than my wife at this point! Lol It's just so easy and convenient to use. It's also self cleaning btw so now worries there, and the lids are self closing so no more accidentally "dropping" the toilet seat! I would definitely encourage people to check this product out. It's high quality and works flawlessly...and it will definitely eliminate or at least save on the use of flushable wipes!!! :) Totally worth it. A little unsure, but found it useful for cleansing. The added features of the night light, and heated seat (with dual settings) definitely enhances the value. Also, the fact that the wand rinses itself allays any fears that debris may build up over time. Installation was pretty straight forward, despite having to install an outlet. Outside of that, it was merely a matter of replacing a seat, connecting the hose, and plugging it in. Pretty simple actually. A 'wish' would have been for a seat with a dryer since wiping after washing is a bit damp from just a drip dry. This might be something to consider highlighting so there is no confusion in which model to purchase. All-in-all, great product to significantly upgrade a bathroom experience without having to replace an entire toilet.  Read Less

The seat was incredibly easy to install, I replaced the old one in about 30 minutes. All of the required hardware is included, all you need is a screwdriver and (maybe) an adjustable wrench (don’t overtighten). It is important to note that you do need to have an electrical outlet nearby. I installed a new one a few weeks ago knowing that I was getting this. The seat itself is comfortable, but you do lose some sitting room and the opening is smaller compared to the regular toilet seat it replace... Read More

The seat was incredibly easy to install, I replaced the old one in about 30 minutes. All of the required hardware is included, all you need is a screwdriver and (maybe) an adjustable wrench (don’t overtighten). It is important to note that you do need to have an electrical outlet nearby. I installed a new one a few weeks ago knowing that I was getting this. The seat itself is comfortable, but you do lose some sitting room and the opening is smaller compared to the regular toilet seat it replaced, because the back part of the seat that houses the electronics and such take up some of the space. It is also simple to use, there are two buttons on left that toggle through low, medium and off settings for the heated seat temperature and water temperature. The dial on the right controls the water flow and ‘aim’ (forwards for front, back for rear and center for ‘off’). The flow isn’t overpowering, but enough to get you clean, and the water warms almost instantly. The sprayer itself is contained when not it use and has a self cleaning system, while the exterior doesn’t appear to be any more difficult to clean than any other seat. It also has a light that automatically illuminates for nighttime visits. My only complaint would be that the cord could be a little longer. I was able to reach mine on the opposite side, but an extra foot or two would’ve been nice so I could tuck it away better. In summary, it may seem a little expensive at first, but when you consider what you pay for a night or two at a fancy hotel compared to something like this that will last you for years of use, I think it is totally worth it. It will also save you money on toilet paper (although you’ll still need some to dry off) and have less impact on your pipes and the environment. It will get you cleaner and the seat heater and warm water are an added comfort. Go ahead and get one…your posterior will thank you later.  Read Less

The installation was almost as simple as installing a standard toilet seat. All the built in options were great and the installation of the water supply and the power supply were not unsightly. My wife was very excited to have the heated seat for those cold mornings and it worked great. Upon initial installation I noticed the seat was about an inch too short for our new toilet. The installation was almost as simple as installing a standard toilet seat. All the built in options were great and the installation of the water supply and the power supply were not unsightly. Ease of cleaning is also a plus as the water delivery use is optional. The only thing I would change is the addition of length to the power cord. Most homes are not built with an electrical outlet close enough to accommodate the power cord. As for the ease of installation, its a literal 20 minutes. Anyone that can use a screwdriver and knows what teflon tape is for can install this seat.  Read Less

Easy to install, took me approx 35 min .With one exception that i think could use an improvement.The tee connector that attaches to to water supply is plastic and if someone is not careful, you could cross the threads and make the fitting useless. The features that this seat offers are fantastic. Heated water and heated and lighted seat are well made and easily controlled.
