So comfortable and love all the controls
Makes going to the bathroom a whole new experience. Love the heated seat and all the various controls and settings to clean those special areas. This is the second one we have purchased. We remodeled another bathroom and installed one in it. Our first one has a different controller which I like better than the one that came with this one. The first one is smaller and easier to handle in my opinion. This controller is larger and more awkward to use.

Lid is Easily Scratched
Product works as described, however, there should be a WARNING on the lid about scratches; it can only be cleaned with a very wet soft cloth wrung out, no toilet paper or dry cloth. The installer scratched it while installing. A replacement lid only is not available. I get sick every time I see it after paying $1200 for it.
