Excellent quality, installs pretty easily but you have to have a wall socket near toilet to plug in. Once you have one, everywhere you go to use a restroom seems to be lacking in appeal. You really miss it when you are not home. We have 3 so far, originally installed due to physical injury making use of toilet difficult. This solved the problem. Our model automatically raises the seat and lid when you approach it, then closes them when you leave the room. Nice warm seat and lots of settings available on the wall mounted remote. Easy to use and reasonable good at self cleaning.

Best bidet ever soo fresh and clean. Save on toilet paper and you never smell or leave skid marks. Love the warm seat and adjustable warm water spray.

This particular Toto Bidet is wonderful. It has all of the standard features such as: - heated seat - a remote control - and, nice cleaning feature But it also has the added feature of automatic opening via sensor that I think makes the seat worth the extra amount it does cost.

Our prior Toto washelet started to come apart after 5 years. The new one seems sturdier and should be more durable. A bit expensive. Did not think I would like the night light. I was wrong. Quiet, efficient and dependable.

This was our first bidet toilet and we have really enjoyed it. It was very easy to install and use.

We are addicted to Toto Washlets and the only difference between this one and others we own is that it came from Amazon and we installed it on an existing Toto . Anyone who can read and physically get down on his knees and work around toilets and watch videos of the process can do this. We did of course, have to have an electrician install a box for plugging it in. Love the bidet, LOVE the heated seat, and now appreciate the lid that goes up and down by itself. There is more, but enough from us....it is a great product. And very good customer service, answering all kinds of questions.

This seat really changes such a basic process into something really pleasant. The worst part is how bad all other seats feel now. That said, my particular one stopped working after 2 and a half weeks. It started tripping the power, despite being installed correctly. I'm undergoing the return process now, so we'll see how that goes. Overall, when functional, this becomes a necessity fast.

This is a top quality bidet that is well designed with all the features necessary. I also like the remote and all the options and setting adjustments it has to fine tune for your personal needs. I am reminded of the phrase "You get what you pay for" because I think this Toto seat is the best one available. Installation was a challenge because our toilet is skirted and there is not a lot of space to connect the water supply. Everything worked out fine, it just took more time than some of the videos I looked at on line demonstrated.

It does not do its job. Water pressure is not high enough. A cheap hand wand does a much better job. This product needs a redesign.

Unfortunately there is no option for 6 stars! Do you need more details? Just imagine, it works perfect! I installed them in my house, my parents, my in-laws and many of my friends.
