Works great but don't bother with the fitting that goes underneath your tank. Go to the hardware store and get yourself a 3/8 tee It will make the installation a lot simpler and leak-free.

Because it is quite thin, this bidet toliet adapter fits my toilet perfectly and was incredibly simple to install.
