It works, but you need to adjust yourself on the toilet seat to get the right angle. The "front" vs "back" nozzles really depend on where you sit on the seat, so adjust around until you find an angle that is comfortable. It comes with all of the hardware required to install and it attaches under your toilet seat. It is really hard to get it to stay in one position at all times, so you'll need to adjust and re-tighten it from time to time. I'd say there are better models out there in this price range. Read Less
