I bought the product and it worked great for a short time. The water heater stopped working. I called support and talked to Natacha. She addressed my problem right away and gave me a suggestion on how to reset it. When that didn't work, she immediately shipped me a replacement which arrived within a week and took 5 minutes to change. The service was great. 

Before purchasing, I have asked family and friends who own bidets. After some research, I have decided to give a shot to VOVO. It was easy to install and the operation was super easy and user friendly. The best part is the cleaning itself. You feel fresh when you leave your toilet. I am so happy with this purchase. I would buy this again and again. 

excellent value - Love the heating seating during a cold winter. you get all the feature you need for a reasonable price compare to other brands. The remote is convenient but a bit large for my small hand. It's easy to setup. The bidet comes with everything you need to set it up and is quite easy to do. It even has a youtube video to show you how to do. All the features work as advertised, except maybe the dryer. I believe this model is the best price value. 

This was one of the best thing I grabbed from Walmart. I got this seat just after the heatwave hit, and I wish i got it sooner. I can set the water temperature, not only to warm, but also to cool, and it helped me cool off during the hot afternoon. It was an easy installation and a quick one too. Best of all, it was just within my budget. Hope everyone enjoys not having to reach down to clean themselves afterwards :) 

I purchased a VOVO VB-6100SR one month ago and I'm loving it. I have arthritis in my hands and for obvious reasons this bidet toilet seat has given me huge relief when in the bathroom. A warm toilet seat first thing in the morning is heaven and so far all the functions have performed as expected..water pressure and water temperature have good selection choices. Installation was easy and fast...so far I'm very pleased with my VOVO.

Took less than 30 min to install; works just as described and is fantastic! The wash & dry settings will time out & stop after a bit or you can press the stop button. The seat & dryer are both nice & warm or can be turned off. The UV light can be left on at night as a nightlight or you can turn it off. This bidet had the most features around this price point & was well rated & we are so happy we chose it! 

The installation went well except the plastic water fitting had flawed threads that did not want to start straight. I saw that and forced it to start, holding it straight until one complete turn and then the threads tracked well. I think American fittings have better quality control than Korean. If i had started it crooked, it would have leaked giving me a lot of grief. You should be able to start fittings in the dark. 

Bought this to install after we did a Master bathroom remodel. My wife had always wanted a bidet and we were able to add an outlet in the water closet during the remodel. I was able to install it in under 20 minute myself with just a couple tools. Needless to say she is ecstatic and I will admit we both love it. It has great features and the price was unbeatable for the amount of features. I was not a fan of the idea of a bidet, but this Vovo seat has changed my mind. 

This is my first bidet i have used and everything about this bidet was great. Everything needed for the installation was included, so it only took me about 10 min to get it installed. Spend most of the time cleaning the toilet, so installation was like 5 min or less. Once i have got the bidet installed and remote mounted, everything working right away without any issue. After using the bidet, i don't know how i lived without one. 

We are very pleased with this product! It was very easy to install and to use. It was so helpful during my husband's recovery from shoulder surgery. We have and will continue to recommend this bidet with the remote control.
