Vovousa has the best customer support that I have ever encountered. I communicated with ANNA, and she is fantastic. This is one of the companies that is more concerned about customer satisfaction than just making a sale. I purchased two bidet toilets, which look attractive, but their job cleaning my wife and my nether regions is superb. Their instruction manual is easy to read and gives very detailed instructions on installation and programming the remote and how each function works

After trying out a few different bidets, I can confidently say that the VOVO is an amazing value for money. It provides a lot of the features that high-end bidets have, at a reasonable price. Especially when comparing to cheaper bidets, this bidet feels luxurious. From the heated seat to the adjustable temps, this bidet has it all. Set-up was a breeze, they include anything thats needed (at least for my use case) and provide a template to make sure you got the right size/version. The included controller is convenient and includes a holder that has magnets to secure the controller in place. Actually using the bidet is quite straight-forward as you just have to press the button on the controller for what you want it to do. All the temperature controls have good variance and the nozzle adjustments are precise. I really can't recommend this enough.

Purchased this vovo bidet seat in December 2024. Truly amazing product, easy installation, great features with the remote- heated seat, various water temperatures, various water pressure settings. Overall build quality is solid and the adapter provides sufficient adjustment room to align the seat well with the toilet bowl. The water hose with adaptor is made of plastic and no concern of leakage so far, will see how long it would last. Used the product for around a month or so without any major issue. UV light seems to be an interesting feature as compared to the Toto bidets I use. Noise level during idle mode is minimal and during operation there is of course sounds from moving mechanism. The soft closing mechanism is a plus. The remote works just fine with easy controls. The sanitary hose did not retrieve automatically for only once or twice, likely due to body movement during washing cycle detected by the seating sensor. Just need to get used to its cycles. All in all I would give it 4.5 stars.

Excellent value for the price
excellent value - Love the heating seating during a cold winter. you get all the feature you need for a reasonable price compare to other brands. The remote is convenient but a bit large for my small hand. It's easy to setup. The bidet comes with everything you need to set it up and is quite easy to do. It even has a youtube video to show you how to do. All the features work as advertised, except maybe the dryer. I believe this model is the best price value.

Great function with good price
This is my first bidet i have used and everything about this bidet was great. Everything needed for the installation was included, so it only took me about 10 min to get it installed. Spend most of the time cleaning the toilet, so installation was like 5 min or less. Once i have got the bidet installed and remote mounted, everything working right away without any issue. After using the bidet, i don't know how i lived without one.

I purchased a VB-6000 VOVO bidet about 4 years ago. It has been working well until recently it doesn’t work with the remote. I contacted VOVO support I received a replacement remote within a few days. Upon receiving the remote it still didn’t work. Again the support promptly resolved my problem by disconnecting a side IR cable. It works! What I am particularly impressed is by VOVO support of polite and professional responses. It gives me confidence of VOVO product and services.

Great bidet and price
I purchased this unit 4 years ago, all the features I wanted, easy to use, does a very thorough job with cleaning. Surprisingly the heated seat and variety of cleaning options are 2 of my favorite features. The easy to use remote is my number 1 feature. Unfortunately my bidet has developed a drop and even though it's beyond warrant VOVO has graciously offered to replace it at no charge. Can't go wrong with this bidet. Thank you,
