Bidet Toilet Seat VB-6000SE(Elongated) / VB-6100SR(Round) Owners Reviews

I'd never spent much time with one of these, but once I really learned how it works (and how to really work it), I am very pleased. It’s got lots of great features that I really like. But the ONE problem I have is that it’s too long for a round toilet… I’ve pushed it back as far as it will go - but it still extends too far in front, leaving quite a bit of the ceramic exposed. 

I bought the product and it worked great for a short time. The water heater stopped working. I called support and talked to Natacha. She addressed my problem right away and gave me a suggestion on how to reset it. When that didn't work, she immediately shipped me a replacement which arrived within a week and took 5 minutes to change. The service was great. 

Before purchasing, I have asked family and friends who own bidets. After some research, I have decided to give a shot to VOVO. It was easy to install and the operation was super easy and user friendly. The best part is the cleaning itself. You feel fresh when you leave your toilet. I am so happy with this purchase. I would buy this again and again. 

This was one of the best thing I grabbed from Walmart. I got this seat just after the heatwave hit, and I wish i got it sooner. I can set the water temperature, not only to warm, but also to cool, and it helped me cool off during the hot afternoon. It was an easy installation and a quick one too. Best of all, it was just within my budget. Hope everyone enjoys not having to reach down to clean themselves afterwards :) 

excellent value - Love the heating seating during a cold winter. you get all the feature you need for a reasonable price compare to other brands. The remote is convenient but a bit large for my small hand. It's easy to setup. The bidet comes with everything you need to set it up and is quite easy to do. It even has a youtube video to show you how to do. All the features work as advertised, except maybe the dryer. I believe this model is the best price value. 

I purchased a VOVO VB-6100SR one month ago and I'm loving it. I have arthritis in my hands and for obvious reasons this bidet toilet seat has given me huge relief when in the bathroom. A warm toilet seat first thing in the morning is heaven and so far all the functions have performed as expected..water pressure and water temperature have good selection choices. Installation was easy and fast...so far I'm very pleased with my VOVO.

I bought this bidet to prepare for an upcoming surgery. I’m absolutely in love with it. The heated features including the seat, water, and dryer make using it an absolute dream! There’s also a night light feature that makes it easy to use in the middle of the night. My whole family loves it so everyone is always in my bathroom. I think I’ll be purchasing a second one in the near future! 

Took less than 30 min to install; works just as described and is fantastic! The wash & dry settings will time out & stop after a bit or you can press the stop button. The seat & dryer are both nice & warm or can be turned off. The UV light can be left on at night as a nightlight or you can turn it off. This bidet had the most features around this price point & was well rated & we are so happy we chose it! 

I didn't know that bidetsplus has vovo bidet till now! I bought this unit before and is amazing still now! Customer service was excellent and everyone was so helpful when I tried to decide to get the round or elongated one. I do recommend this unit to everyone! I'm gonna buy the whole toilet from them but this is definitely a great buy if you are looking for mid range one. 

I've had this seat a little over a year. Favorite part is the seat warmer and warm water. I had an issue with it leaking no fault of the products (mineral build up and what not). Contacted company and found out I was over the hear warranty. They assisted in timely troubleshooting and then still repaired the seat for me. I just paid for shipping one way. Great company, great seat so I'd definitely buy another one.
