Great Addition to your Bathroom
This is one of the best buys that I did this year and want to recommend to everyone, especially if you have a cold toilet seat. This vovo bidet seat provides a heated seat as well as premium bidet features such as warm water and warm air dryer with LED light! The remote control is also very easy to use and intuitive. Installation was also suprrisingly easy~ It only took me about 15 minutes.
Great product, fair price
I have bought it for half a month and it’s a great product. Everything works fine and the look is very nice too especially with LED lighting in the toilet seat. Huge control panel is very easy to use and the warm water is a must have for a comfortable wash. So far so good and I may consider to buy another one very soon as price dropped $100 as Amazon has a promotion right now.
[Incentivized Review] Amazing features!
We bought the bidet to prepare for an upcoming surgery and boy am I glad I did! This seat has it all! Heated seat, water, and dryer makes this seat the ultimate dream! It even has a night light feature which makes for easy use in the middle of the night. My whole family loves it so everyone is always using my bathroom! I might need to purchase another in the near future!
wonderful
I installed this a year ago. It was easy to install and immediately functional. I cannot begin to tell you how good this toilet is. From the heated seat, night light and all the other functions are exceptional. I thought our well, unfiltered water and low pressure would be an issue but not at all to date. Excellent engineering and attention to details. At 76 this is a luxury. I recommend the investment
[Incentivized Review] Warms the Tushi
I bought my smart seat when I remodeled my bathroom. I added a electric plug and when they installed the toilet they install the the VOVO seat. I love the light. I love the heated seat. On the old toilet my feet went to sleep - this seat must be ergogenic as I am not experiencing that. My son spent the night and asked for a VOVO smart Bidet Seat for his birthday.
My most suprising review!
I never really thought that I would be recommending a toilet seat to my friends, But I've done it four times in less than week! The Vovo bidet is way better than I ever expected. My wife LOVES it. The installation was super easy and the instructions were very complete. Personally, I like the night light in the bowl because it makes those late nights trips to the bathroom so much more convenient, and accurate! Really just a small added bonus, our toilet paper consumption has gone way down. Very happy with the purchase.

Very nice bidet (elongated seat) by VOVO. The overall installation is pretty simple and includes all the necessary parts. I do recommend leaving the white plastic clips slightly loose with the screws, that way you can easily adjust the seat to the correct position so that there is no overlap or it is undershooting it. The overall functionality of it is nice as well. It has a sensor that senses body weight, so it won't go off by itself without anything on it. It also includes a little built in fa...
It also includes a little built in fan to circulate the air (however it is noticeable). There is a light feature which is nice for at bedtime and to use as needed. The water jet is adjustable in both position and temperature, which is nice. Additionally, it is a self-cleaning bidet...so that will give you peace of mind. Overall, definitely recommend.
Overall Good Value - Could Be Better
I would preface by mentioning that I have used multiple alternatives before - the really high end ones (TOTO, etc.) and the entry level ones (Tushy, etc.) in various settings so this was a happy medium for me. The price is just right - and offers enough value that you can overlook the few flaws. If VOVO can really pay attention to what the customers are saying and make those small enhancements - this product will surely blow most competitors out of the water. The...
The Good: The installation is a breeze, and requires minimum to no prior knowledge or tools. Although - any wrench of any size will just make your job much easier and faster. The hose that comes with it WILL NEED some strength to properly tighten and attach to the bidet - both parts are plastic and your hand will only go so far. I tried fastening the hose without any tools and it was NOT enough - water leaked everywhere - so do yourself a favour and use a wrench or flat-face pliers to tighten the hose to the bidet. The paper template helps in framing the seat without much trial and error - the hose length is enough for most standard situation - the seat itself and the top cover are both indeed SOFT close - which is great. The controls let you customize almost all functions which helps finetune the settings just right. The night light is a nice touch - the seat heats up quick - the water is warmer than you need - the drying fan has temperature control which is great. This bidet does well what it promises - and is overall a positive experience. Possible Improvements: The power cord is a bit too short - if you do not have an outlet on the RIGHT side of the toilet - which many bathrooms will not. Adding a few more feet to the cord will drastically improve the applicability of this unit without needing additional equipement. There is no way to turn the nozzle position left or right (turn or tilt) - which limits the usability based on the toilet seat itself and the anatomical differences between users - I am sure this is an easier fix - as the nozzle moves in and out already. Moving yourself for better coverage just takes away from the premium experience. The water stream feels a bit sharp - it could be because the intention was to preserve water or the nozzle tips were made smaller for more precision - but that might not be comfortable for some users - and it does feel like bigger nozzle tips would result in a SOFTER flow - and would feel better on the skin. The neon light is a bit too bright - and cannot be customized to any color or brightness. It is what it is. At this price point - it is expected to have that small feature built-in because RGB LED lights cost almost nothing these days. I have put my own toilet seat light under it to solve that problem - but again - adding it to the unit will do wonders for value. If you keep it on all the time - it will remember your settings. But if you switch it off - it resets back to default settings - which might be annoying for most users. I have no problems keeping it on all the time - specially with the power saving mode. But something that could be improved here. Maybe saving profiles with a very small power footprint. So keeping it on standby is not a big draw? Overall - I recommend this product - the value it offers is quite unbeatable compared to other units of the same brand as well as other competitors.

This is a great upgrade to any bathroom and very good value for money for the features that are included compared to the other alternative bidet seats. It is easy to install and comfortable to use. This is a great upgrade to any bathroom and very good value for money for the features that are included compared to the other alternative bidet seats. It is easy to install and comfortable to use. After seeing a bidet seat at a friend’s home, my wife was keen to get one for our bathroom as she liked the heated seat function. When we remodeled our bathroom, I added a GFCI outlet near the toilet so we could make the update at some point. We picked this VOVO bidet seat for a few of reasons (1) it has most of the features you find on a ‘brand’ name bidet seat which can cost 2-4 times as much (2) it has a portable, easy to clean remote control instead of the control panel that permanently sits beside the toilet seat and gets covered with who knows what before you press the buttons with your fingers! and (3) I have traveled many times to Korea with my job and saw the VOVO brand seats in a few hotel rooms there. Operation is very simple using the remote control. The following controls are available: Seat temperature 97/100/104 degrees Fahrenheit Water temperature 97/100/104 F Air drying temperature 97/100/104 F The water pressure has 5 positions as does the location of the water jet nozzle. There are a couple of preset functions intended to suit both male and female users. A sensor that is built into the seat will activate the seat heater and also the deodorizing fan as soon as you sit down. When not in use, the seat goes into energy saving mode after an hour, switching the seat heater off and keeping the water at 86 degrees F. The seat sensor also ensures that the water jet won’t work without someone parked on the seat to make sure the bathroom doesn’t get sprayed with water if the kids decide to play with the remote! One of the cool features is a built in LED night light that helps avoid any close encounters of the thurd kind and can be controlled with the remote. If you lose the remote of the batteries die, you can still make use of the bidet features using the smaller control panel built into the side of the seat. When you need to clean the seat the nozzle can be extended in a ‘cleaning’ mode. Installation is very simple and everything you need to install it on a conventional or one-piece toilet. Switch off the water valve, undo the water hose from the bottom of the tank and add the chrome ‘T’ piece included in the kit and reconnect the water hose to the bottom of the T. Then remove your old seat, install this one and connect the seat’s water hose to the ‘T’. Next load the included AA batteries into the remote and find a spot to mount the magnetized remote control holder with its self-adhesive pad. Finally switch the water back on and plug in the seat and you’re done inside of 20 minutes total. I did have one issue during installation where the red power light was flashing. I couldn’t find this covered anywhere in the User Manual so I emailed VOVO technical support and they were helpful in correcting the issue. Evidently the power light flashes if the water in the heated water storage tank is low so all that was needed was to unplug the seat from mains power for a few minutes and plug it back in. The bidet seat is made in Korea and comes with two year warranty.

This is the Vovo Bidet Seat (model VB-4000SE for elongated Toilets). If you’re considering a bidet seat, note that you should have a separate 20 amp circuit (GFCI) near your toilet (this seat draws 1200 watts). The manual does not make this requirement clear. Photo 1 shows what you get in the box. Note the document on the seat—that’s a lamented quick install guide and user guide. Seeing this was very impressive—it’s not something you find these days packed with products. Because it’s laminated, it’s suitable to keep near the toilet. Another thing to note is that Vovo supplies two sets of installation bolts, one for two-piece toilets and one for one-piece toilets. You don’t really know this unless you actually check the manual—the quick start guide isn’t clear about this. Other than this, the bidet seat installs like the two other bidet seats I’ve installed. Basically, you install a T-valve where the water connection is under the toilet tank (see Photo 2), then fasten the seat mounting bracket to the toilet (see Photo 3), snap the seat in place, connect the water hose between the T-valve and the seat (see Photo 4), check for leaks, and finally, plug it in. The manual is pretty good (not counting the bad English—it’s obvious that a native English-speaking person did not write the manual—I didn’t take any stars off for this though). One exception worth pointing out is under Maintenance. There is a section entitled “Clean the nozzle.” Under that it says, “Only the nozzle will extend out the forward of the nozzle without spraying water.” Well, unless you check elsewhere in the manual or quick-start guide, you wouldn’t know that you first have to press the Nozzle Cleaning button on the remote. This makes the nozzle protrude without spraying water so you can clean it. I found the remote, by the way, very intuitive—the buttons are well marked and easy to figure out. A neat function is the built-in LED night light (see Photo 5). If you’re bathroom doesn’t otherwise have a nightlight, this could come in very handy. When you sit on the seat, there is a faint noise. I found it disconcerting at first because I couldn’t figure out the origin of the noise. Then I remembered reading something in the manual. It turns out that this seat has an auto-deodorant function—this is a fan that removes odors from the bowl. It stays on for several seconds after you get up. There is no way to turn this function off if the noise bothers you. The wash cycles are shorter on this seat than the other seats I have experience with (this one is 60 seconds—other seats I’ve used have 120 second cycles). I judge this seat as less effective at cleaning because of this. However, you can always run the clean cycle twice. I’d rather have a longer clean cycle and turn it off early if I feel I don’t need the longer cycle than to run a shorter cycle twice. I took off one star for this. Otherwise, the seat operated as expected. When you start a function, it sounds like it’s purging some water before actually beginning the cleaning cycle so you don’t get sprayed with cold water. Then, after a few seconds, the function begins. This is good. And if you’re not familiar with bidet seats, you may not realize what the manual means by “rhythm.” This is the pulse function. For example, if you press the Posterior button for a wash, and then press it again, you get what Vovo calls “rhythm”, or what’s otherwise known as a pulsating wash. Overall, the seat seems like it’s made well, and operates smoothly. The remote is especially well designed.
