The product is simple to use and gets the job done. It’s easy to maintain and works very well. It is also quite comfortable.

Bidets functions work accordingly and consistently. Had issues one time and customer service helped me out. Worth and no leaks

There may be better brands but I have nothing to compare it to. I got this after a surgery almost 6 months ago and am annoyed I didn't always have one! I don't know how long it will hold up but for now I love it.

I've had this for 3 days now so I'm still trying to figure out if I like it or not. First of all, the instructions are trash. They keep you guessing on how to properly use it. Second, the spray nozzle doesn't come out enough. I find myself having to constantly readjust my butt to get cleaned. When you do that the sensor shuts off and goes back on and that seems to do weird stuff to the setting. Lastly, the settings now won't stay on and they each shut off after a few seconds.

It didn't come with a handheld remote which is the only thing we didn't like

Stay away from this product or manufacturer. 7 months after normal use of this product it started to show defects where stains marks started to appear on the seat. Contacted the seller as the documentation did not indicate warranty period. At first themselves responded stating that the product has a 1 year warranty and ask us yo send them a photo of the issue. After sending the photo no response whatsoever. Safe to say that this company is a scam.

Have had it for 4 month now and the blue light no longer works.
