This toilet seat is pretty awesome, but I have to give it 4 stars due to the install instructions. The steps were very high level, the pictures didn't match what I had (No washers) and I could have used more pictures of what it should look like. This toilet seat is pretty awesome, but I have to give it 4 stars due to the install instructions. The steps were very high level, the pictures didn't match what I had (No washers) and I could have used more pictures of what it should look like. Nonetheless, I figured it out and got it installed pretty easily. The female wash function is not the right angle for me, but the bidet works nicely. The blow dry function is nice but sometimes feels too hot. The heated seat is nice and I like the self- cleaning function. Only complaint is that it would beep whenever I sat on it, then again when I got up, which is not great during the night, but somehow it quit doing it so I'm happy! I would recommend this product for sure, just hope you can figure out how to install it easily. Read Less
