The rubber piece was too big for my toilet so I could not install it.

Small seat opening
Purchased this product to go on a rounded toilet bowl. Installation was fine however, the toilet seat went in use feels like you’re being pushed off the toilet. The opening of the seat is extremely small and feels very awkward and uncomfortable to sit on. Also, the way my toilet tank is shaped it prevents the seat from being installed all the way back onto the bowl and the lid is difficult to stay open. I’m sending it back for another unit that has a better feel.

Lovely seat, fit perfectly on my round toilet. Everything that was described in the description is on the seat. Only problem is I had to bypass the water filter, otherwise the water pressure is really bad and it feels like a little trickle of water on your bud, instead of an actual cleaning spray.

Functionally it’s a really nice bidet but don’t buy it
I purchased this bidet in May 2024. Functionally, this bidet has really cool functions like the LED lights and temperature controls and nozzle positioning, etc. The problem is that today the hinge for the lid snapped and broke. Nobody stood on it, stepped on it, kicked it, handled it roughly or anything like that. It’s also in a bathroom that isn’t even used a lot. Now it didn’t even make it 3/4 of a year. First, out toilet seat immediately stained even though we use natural cleaner. We can’t figure out why. Second, we cannot understand why there is such a strong smell of urine. Again, cleaned frequently and it remains. We also tried lowering the temperature of the seat and water. It still stinks just as bad.
