We had a small bidet before this one that only used cold water. This bidet is amazing! Warm seat, warm water, and dryer. It was super easy to install and doesn’t take too much work. For the money it’s well worth it. It looks very clean and sleek as well. It fit our toilet like a glove! The only thing I can see people running into as a problem is the instructions. They could be more in depth.

I don’t know how we could live without this now that we have it. Installation was a little tricky but I put that on us not being handy at all. Highly recommend! Love not having to sit on a cold seat anymore. The temperature settings are easy to use.

The bidet was easy to install. It works as advertised. Very nice for the price point. It is much better than the non electric bidet it replaced. The beep is not as annoying or loud as I expected based on other reviews. It only beeps once to let you know it's about to turn on a function.

A must have! Your butt will thank you!

Had to go online to find a “ trick” to install the rubber coated screws. The trick was to use dish soap it worked well, my 94 year old mother loves it.

I love the whole product but having the round seat version the nozzle is too far forward for backside cleaning for all who use it making it very uncomfortable. I've set the positions through controls to the back most position but still too forward. Is there some other manual adjustment for the nozzle?

After Installation It Was Leaking From Inside, It Was A Christmas Gift But I Ended Up Installing It Early Just After The 30 Day Return Window. Amazon Was Giving Me The Warranty Info But Decided To Refund Me In Total For The Item Instead So I Can Just Reorder Another One Or A Different Branded One Worked Great Other Than Leaking... SMDH!!! How Will My Crack Get Clean Now...

Living in Florida, I never thought I needed a heated toilet seat. Sitting on the toilet was never uncomfortably cold, I thought. What I didn’t realize is that way of thinking misses the point entirely. You don’t have a heated toilet seat to avoid being UNcomfortable. Rather, you get it to always be pleasantly comfortable. It’s just an elevated experience. All feature here just take the regular non-powered bidet functions to the next level of luxury. 4-stars since I had to hook a brass connection to the plastic toilet tank line. There should be a toilet friendly connection for US shipping addresses. It’ll work, but it’s a pain and may leak down the line.

Works very well. I would improve the remote a little, make it more user friendly. Although the remote is easy to operate.

Recently installed this item in our new home and it will not stop leaking around the nozzle. It constantly runs and leaks. We are unable to use it now because it won’t stop leaking so we have had to unplug it. Wasted money for a junk product! And there’s no contact or support option to be able to talk to the company. So it’s basically trash. Do not purchase!
