I read a lot of reviews because I learned that not all bidet seats can be sat on like a stool in the closed position. This one meets that need. My bathroom is small and I sit on the closed toilet to dry and take care of other personal hygiene needs. I am short and weigh 200 lbs and this seat in the closed position supports my weight with no problem. I use it several times a day and the seat and lid have not cracked or shown any signs of breaking. It cleans well with lots of choice in water temperature and pressure. The fan for drying is too warm for my sensitive skin with the heat on so I use it without heat on. It is a little cool that way and does not dry super well, but does good enough. I highly recommend this product to anyone needing or wanting to use a bidet for hygiene. I am well pleased with mine after two months of use. It is a good quality seat for the money and I believe it will last me a long time.

The Air Dryer gets very hot even on the lowest settings so be careful. Like a previous reviewer posted, if you have dangly bits between your legs, be careful when you sit. The seat opening is shifted forward about half an inch or so, so you can get a cold shock when they touch the cold porcelain. Build quality seems good so far, I will update if this changes. I love the remote with its easy to understand functions.

Overall this is a good bidet for someone who never really used them before. It was easy to install and I found the instructions pretty easy to follow. Using the bidet provided a good experience and I was pleased with the results. I like that you can control the temperature of the water setting and adjust it to what makes you the most comfortable.

Works as advertised. I had no problem connecting it (I replaced a defective Brondell/Swish bidet... remote on that one "crapped out" after two years) , since I already had connections available. I've had zero leaks (from the bidet 😉), the controls are easy to use and I love the remote. I would like it more if you could dim/off the numerical display in the seat, and I wish the sloped "rise" at the back of the seat wasn't as pronounced. Otherwise the water and air temps and pressures are easily customized and adequate. I hope I get many good years out of it.

It kinda does what it’s supposed to do. The toilet seat stays kind of warm. It doesn’t get to 104 as advertised, but at least it isn’t cold. The bidet doesn’t keep the water at the temperature you set. Every time I use it, it resets to the lowest temperature. I set it to the highest temperature every time but the next time I use it, it’s back on the lowest setting. Nothing to wake you up like getting an ice cold shot of water in certain areas. Maybe spend a little more and get a legit brand.
