Very capable unit however after 2 weeks use the spray arm no longer retracts back into the housing. When it retracts the front edge jams against the arm door cover and does not retract fully. Seems like a design flaw. Has anyone experienced this issue? I have 5 toilets in my house and would like to buy more bidets but not this one if this is a flaw with this design. Update: Kevin at Customer Support has been amazing. Very keen to make things right and replaced my unit promptly.
