Installation took about 20 minutes, mostly because I hate plumbing and was taking my time to make sure there were no leaks. It's pretty straight forward, just remove your old seat and follow the instructions to mount this seat. Double check your supply line connection to make sure you don't have any leaks, then plug it in. I've never used a bidet before, so I was a little shocked by all the buttons on this thing. Nothing to worry about though, it just has a lot of nice features. After you figure out the buttons, really you're only using two. One to wash and one to dry. The warm water and heated seat are very nice. The warm air dryer works shockingly well. If you're like me and you've never used one before, it can be a little intimidating. Don't let it scare you. You'll be amazed at how well this thing cleans and dries your back door! The soft close seat and lid are a nice touch. So is the night light for us guys at night. No need to turn on the bathroom light to find the target. 10 out of 10 for sure, would definitely buy again. Read Less

This toilet bidet is AMAZING!!! so easy to installed omg...I had to make an outlet near the toilet from the other side of the wall so that was ok. The fact that no hot water is needed is a big one. I tried it ,works great. Water pressure super good. Air could be better it takes time to dry...but I am super happy. This is true higiene! Paper is a waste. Fills my septic tank and is not clean and is pricey ... I finally made a dream come true!!!! Lol...you don't know... Read More

Although the round toilet which is smaller than the elongated cost more...dont know why...my home came with round and it's fine for me...got the one with the control remote. Since I feel if you have big hips it might be uncomfortable to do the side buttons...w the control I have it right next to my face level on the wall....I definitely recommend this product. Seat unclips for easy cleaning. Auto self-cleaning is nice as well. The heated toilet seat is nice and the water is instantly warm. That was a concern for me in Missouri. Didn't want a winter wake me up! Cons: Installation. Little difficult to install but good instructions. The mounting bracket is a little fiddly to get just right. Too tight and bracket bows making it hard to slide on the seat. Too loose and the seat slides around. Took a few tries to get right. And the other reviewers are right on about the metal to plastic attachment. It really hard to get it just right, feels like you might strip out the plastic tried to get it tight enough not to leak. Took about 4 tries but no leaks since. Oh and the hot air is HOT!!. Lowest seating is almost uncomfortably warm. Anything higher than the lowest setting is too hot to bear. Only other knock is a VERY thin lid. They do warn you about not sitting on the lid and they are right. I think it's the most fragile part of the whole thing. Overall I'd buy again if I needed to.
