Nothing to worry about though, it just has a lot of nice features. After you figure out the buttons, really you're only using two. One to wash and one to dry. The warm water and heated seat are very nice. The warm air dryer works shockingly well. If you're like me and you've never used one before, it can be a little intimidating. Don't let it scare you. You'll be amazed at how well this thing cleans and dries your back door! The soft close seat and lid are a nice touch. So is the night light for us guys at night. Didn't want a winter wake me up! Cons: Installation. Little difficult to install but good instructions. The mounting bracket is a little fiddly to get just right. Too tight and bracket bows making it hard to slide on the seat. Too loose and the seat slides around. Took a few tries to get right. And the other reviewers are right on about the metal to plastic attachment. It really hard to get it just right, feels like you might strip out the plastic tried to get it tight enough not to leak. Took about 4 tries but no leaks since. Oh and the hot air is HOT!!. Lowest seating is almost uncomfortably warm. Anything higher than the lowest setting is too hot to bear. Only other knock is a VERY thin lid. They do warn you about not sitting on the lid and they are right. I think it's the most fragile part of the whole thing. Overall I'd buy again if I needed to.
