It's O-K

The cons outweighed the pros. We ultimately decided to return this. Let's start with the good things: - Seems well built, had no leaks. - Documentation is thorough. - Water temperature is a nice feature. - Remote is an awesome feature. - The nozzle is surprisingly accurate with both front butt/back butt options. - Zero outside splash zones. - Quiet operation. These are the bad experiences with the product: - The power cable is too short, had to run an extension cable. - We had to purchase a flexible tube since our original did not bend to allow installation. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001BQ039K - We purchased the correct toilet seat, "Round" for our toilet. The seat did not fit our toilet widthwise there was about a half inch on either side. For aesthetics it wasn't desirable. - I'm 6ft 5in tall (26 BMI) so adding this bidet made the seat feel tiny, maybe if you had an elongated toilet, it would be better. - Every time you sit on the seat it pressurizes the nozzle which gets your butt wet. This was VERY undesirable. - The dry function just heated/burned our left butt cheeks and seemingly no alternation in position actually dried the bits. With this feature not working well for us, we ended up using twice as much toilet paper for our family. The product felt solid; it just didn't work for us. The really only annoyance was the pressurization of the nozzle and the dry function. I'm sure this product would be very nice for others. Perhaps smaller people with smaller booties. I will try another bidet from this company if they redesign it in a different way.

Meets All Expectations 👍🏽

I rated 5/5 stars, but feel it's more of 4.5/5 stars. Bidet prep: I prepared for this bidet by installing a 15A GFCI outlet in my bathroom as I did not have one readily available. I'm self taught in residential wiring, & feel more than comfortable with common elements of circuitry for DIY projects which require a basic understanding of electricity. I am not an electrician, nor have formal training, so I advise if you need to install an outlet, cough up some change...

I am not an electrician, nor have formal training, so I advise if you need to install an outlet, cough up some change & pay an electrician. I tapped into an existing 15A circuit that has ceiling LED lighting & an exhaust fan on the circuit. I installed the GFCI with 14/2 Romex & downstream from everything else on the circuit. At 1300W (10.8 Amps), I was initially concerned that I would come close, or exceed the 15A load of the existing circuit, & would trip the circuit if everything was on at the same time. A 15A circuit with minimal existing load is sufficient, but a 20A circuit would be ideal. On the 15A circuit that this unit is on, I have experienced zero breaker tripping, light flickering or unit performance errors, even with everything already on the circuit pulling load. The bidet: Years spent in Europe have primed me in what to expect from a quality bidet. For the price point & type (seat replacement), you'd be hard pressed to find a better unit. The bidet is well built, solid, & has a couple bells & whistles that give it an overall sturdy & luxurious feel. Install was straightforward & simple. I had it installed in about a half hour. I had previously installed a nonpowered bidet on the toilet this unit was to go, so about 5 minutes of that half hour was spent removing the nonpowered bidet. After it was installed, I gave it a quick test of all functions & it worked as advertised. Eco mode keeps the unit at ambient temp, but as soon as you sit down, it reaches programmed temp FAST...like in seconds. With eco mode off, all programmed temps are ready to go (pun intended). The seat is warm, the water is at desired temp & the dryer is HOT. Out of all the functions this unit provides, I will say I'll rarely use the heated dry. Even at the 1st heated setting (position 2), it blows excessively hot. It's like Arizona in August. It may be a design flaw or position of the vent, but it will definitely roast your bum. Quickly. I will say I'm not in love with the dryer, but it works. The LED panel on the rear of the seat provides an instant view of temp settings (good for shared households / multiple users) & gives it an upscale appearance. The remote was automatically paired & I had no issues with sending commands to the unit, which were instantly reflected on the LED panel. The soft close lid /seat is nice, & the soft blue glow nightlight kicks the upscale appearance up another notch. All in all, I'm more than pleased with the unit. Once again, at the price point, I'm a satisfied customer. Final thoughts: I had a target price for this home improvement project, & given that one can purchase a quality toilet with a built in bidet starting at about twice the cost of this unit, it's a fantastic option. Spending more to me means replacing the toilet for one with a built in bidet. Can't go wrong with this unit, & besides the dryer feeling like purgatory, I have absolutely zero complaints right now. Will update review with time.
