Updated to 5 stars…..company reached out and replaced with new unit right away…new unit performing like new. They were very nice and followed up and made things right. Thanks for all the help. Old review (3 stars) Unit worked great for a week…now the wand doesn’t work, just drips water…need to press position button on remote to make work. Not good for guests to try and explain why unit doesn’t work as prescribed. When working correctly…well it knows what to do and where to do it! Hopefully company will reach out to explain how to fix and why this is happening.
