Pros This is one of the few reasonably priced square bidet seats. I chose this one because it looked like the remote had real buttons as opposed to the membrane buttons on the others I saw on Amazon. The features all work fine. The heated seat, heated water, and heated air dry all work just as advertised. Cons The water connection for the bidet is 1/4" OD plastic tubing. You can't change the connection that's built into the bidet seat so you're stuck with that. The provide a filter and 2 pieces of plastic tubing for the connection. The tee that they provide for connecting the water will almost certainly not fit your valve. I bought a 3/8" compression tee that's meant to install on the downstream side of your valve. It has 1 female 3/8" compression that goes on your valve with 2 male 3/8" compression ends you can attach braided water hoses to. Then I bought a brass 3/8" compression by 1/4" female NPT fitting and a brass 1/4" male NPT by push-in fitting. I attach those to the second braided hose you put on the tee and it worked. The overall build quality is not as good as our Alpha UX Pearl but that does cost 50% more than this bidet. The heated air dry is not aimed correctly. If you are sitting straight it will just burn your left butt cheek. I have to reposition for it to work but then it's fine. Read Less
