The "endless hot water" works great after you get sprayed with 2 seconds of COLD water..... Also, the LEDs are VERY BRIGHT!!! You have to cover the buttons at night so you can sleep in peace. It is so bright and there is no way to adjust. I messaged the seller for instructions but they don't respond.

Easy to install and worth every penny. Who knew you needed a heated seat? And having warm water is great.

Bought this for my elderly mom. She loves the heated seat. The only reason it is 4 instead of 5 is that the power pad is attached to the seat and she thinks it would be better if it was a wireless remote. It’s really easy to install.

Easy to install, variable temperatures for water, seat, and blower. It fits perfectly (I did double-check and measure ahead). It has a self-clean function, controllable water pressure, and a night light in the seat. At $179, it was excellent value. No complaints about the build; its design makes it easier to clean than our original seat.

Easy to install. Operation simple and easy to use. Buttons make sense. Love the way you can adjust the heat of not only the seat but the water. Highly recommend.
