Very poor performance

The water pressure is very low and the seat is uncomfortable

Multiple features

I was unable to install a cheaper bidet because the toilets seat holes were uneven. I was surprised at the number of features at your fingertips. Warm water and toilet seat, front and back position, turbo boost and air dryer. Easy to install and lights up to guide you.

Not all functions work

Installation was easy, but remote buttons do not work! Operation manual has bad descriptions and instructions for use as well as trouble shooting. Only function working is “child wash”…ie not strong enough to clean adults!

You'd better be able to decipher poorly written English.

The installation "instructions" on this thing are an absolute joke. Whatever translation services that were used to translate from the original language to English need to be taken off the market. Here's an example: "Will be fixed floor, stainless steel regulator, stainless steel gasket and expansion of corresponding hole in turn put". This explains screwing in the gasket covered anchor screws to affix the base for the seat to the toilet bowl. As far as descriptions of the button functions,...

Here's an example: "Will be fixed floor, stainless steel regulator, stainless steel gasket and expansion of corresponding hole in turn put". This explains screwing in the gasket covered anchor screws to affix the base for the seat to the toilet bowl. As far as descriptions of the button functions, you're best off just pushing buttons, guessing and figuring it out for yourself. The water pressure is gentle but pretty effective. The temperatures of the water and dryer can get a bit hot though so be careful. Also, this seat is not made for a larger sized tushie. I'd recommend the wireless remote version for ten bucks more if you're on the larger side, as seeing the buttons on the controller can be a challenge. As with any home improvement project, be prepared to make a trip or 2 to the hardware store to get needed supplies unless you already have 3/4 inch pipes. My older home does not.

No response to warranty claim, no way to contact except Amazon message.

My unit went bad a couple weeks before the supposed 1 year warranty expired. Info about the supposed warranty is on the last page of the included awful User Guide, but no where in that guide is there any contact information for Yourlite. Despite a serious online search, I was unable to find any contact information for Yourlite bidets. I tried to submit a warranty claim via the Amazon messaging system. Yourlite made no response. The butt washing function of this device is too weak to be worthwhile, but I did like the heated seat as long as it lasted. The printed User Guide that comes with this thing is possibly the worst gibberish I've ever tried to read. Nearly every sentence is indecipherable. You are on your own. One thing I did (indirectly) figure out is that the bidet nozzles are not self-cleaning. Though the Amazon description (and the text in an image) say that the unit has a "self-cleaning nozzle," the User Guide instructions say that one should "Wash the nozzle daily," gently stretching out the spray nozzle and using a toothbrush to clean it. Additional cleaning is directed monthly: One should "hold down the seat sensing area with a damp cloth and, after a beep sound, block the spray rod's water outlet with a "plastic plate (to avoid water splashing onto the human body), and press the buttocks to clean until it automatically stops returning." I'm unable to make sense of that, but beyond the daily toothbrushing of the butt nozzle, one is clearly supposed to artificially trigger the seat sensor and, while using a plastic plate to avoid getting sprayed in the face by the butt nozzle, do something or other with one's buttocks "to clean until it automatically stops returning."

Makes elongated the size of round basically

The toilet size so far, of the 4 seats we have, is probably the smallest. Trying to give it tries before determining to send it back but it is not very comfortable. As an overweight guy, the controller is questionably placed and I worry about breaking it each time I sit down. Also the fat hits the buttons because they are high. My skinny partner also hits the edge of the buttons which tells me it probably does this for everyone (unless maybe you are a kid, which this seat fee...

As an overweight guy, the controller is questionably placed and I worry about breaking it each time I sit down. Also the fat hits the buttons because they are high. My skinny partner also hits the edge of the buttons which tells me it probably does this for everyone (unless maybe you are a kid, which this seat feels like it is meant for) The pressure is very low. Turbo mode makes no change other than just going from low pressure to high over and over again. No difference from the highest pressure setting on normal. No preheating the water. Comes out cold and then eventually warms up, which normally you are finished by then. The sticker for the buttons is lifted which seems to be part of the design (cant pull off and re-add it.). Makes the lights blend into the other light areas making it hard to tell which light is on or off. (very very cheaply made) Would say compared to C2/C3 and SB1000, this one is more for kids or similar. Being that the price is about the same as the others, don't think I would recommend this. Feel this would be more of a $140-$160 bidet. Trying to give it a chance but so far, it has not been good. Two starts because at least it functions somewhat. Still have to wipe after due to low pressure.
