Me and my girlfriend are loving this toilet seat. It's winter and the heated seat is keeping our buns warm! Is was pretty simple to install the plumbing, although the instructions have some pretty rough translations, although I find them to be fun others might not. The air dry leaves something to be desired, it's off center and almost toasts the buns a little too much or not enough depending on the setting. Temp is only in Celsius, which I'm fine with but my girlfriend wishes it was in Fahrenheit. Overall I think it's a great purchase, really enhances the bathroom experience.

Great Bidet compared to a Bio-Bidet
I replaced a Bio-Bidet with this with almost exact functionalities. We used the seat heater function with the Bio-Bidet which cracked the seat in just a few months. I bought the Bio -Bidet on sale from Costco for $199. This one cost me $168, I think. The Bio-Bidet had a more professional remote control but one of the buttons stopped working. This one has spelling errors in the writings on the remote. I chose to give It a 5 * considering how good it is performing compared to Bio-Bidet for $30 less than the sale price. I love the instant hot water function, warm air dryer, the night light, and the separate remote control. Double-tap the shower button for the nozzle to go back and forth which covers more linear areas.

the 3-way adaptor doesn't work
It arrived with a giant 3-way valve which didn't fit to any CA/US hose standard. It should be 3/8" but it come with 1/2" and much bigger. I don't believe this would work in CA nor the US. It needs another 3'8"/3'8"/3'8" 3-way adaptor from Home depot and another 3'8" cable. Those cost extra30$ Note the water heater works in pulse mode, which means switching on and off frequently. You may experience lights flashing in your home if the power design in the house is not adequate or lack margins(only my experience) Plus, it shows nothing about which company built this product and from the awful English in the manual, I guess it is from some unknown Chinese factory.

This bidet toilet seat was easy to install but it was not easy connecting the remote. The remote needed to be programmed and in order to program it I had to unplug the seat and as soon as I plugged it in I pressed the two buttons that the instructions tell you to press and then it finally paired. But once it’s paired it’s paired. Even if you unplug the seat. The water has not heated up at all. The blower takes entirely too long to dry. I just dry myself. The seat is warm but I had a warmer seat before this bidet. The bidet sprays in a good location but the seat is a little small and it’s easy to sit off center from the bidet.

The installation "instructions" on this thing are an absolute joke. Whatever translation services that were used to translate from the original language to English need to be taken off the market. Here's an example: "Will be fixed floor, stainless steel regulator, stainless steel gasket and expansion of corresponding hole in turn put". This explains screwing in the gasket covered anchor screws to affix the base for the seat to the toilet bowl. As far as descriptions of the button functions,...

As far as descriptions of the button functions, you're best off just pushing buttons, guessing and figuring it out for yourself. The water pressure is gentle but pretty effective. The temperatures of the water and dryer can get a bit hot though so be careful. Also, this seat is not made for a larger sized tushie. I'd recommend the wireless remote version for ten bucks more if you're on the larger side, as seeing the buttons on the controller can be a challenge. As with any home improvement project, be prepared to make a trip or 2 to the hardware store to get needed supplies unless you already have 3/4 inch pipes. My older home does not.

Turbo mode makes no change other than just going from low pressure to high over and over again. No difference from the highest pressure setting on normal. No preheating the water. Comes out cold and then eventually warms up, which normally you are finished by then. The sticker for the buttons is lifted which seems to be part of the design (cant pull off and re-add it.). Makes the lights blend into the other light areas making it hard to tell which light is on or off. (very very cheaply made) Would say compared to C2/C3 and SB1000, this one is more for kids or similar. Being that the price is about the same as the others, don't think I would recommend this. Feel this would be more of a $140-$160 bidet. Trying to give it a chance but so far, it has not been good. Two starts because at least it functions somewhat. Still have to wipe after due to low pressure.
