Leaks from under power arm
I’ve had this bidet for about 2 weeks. No problems until today. It is leaking from under the power arm and where the cord connects. I have to have a bucket next to my toilet.

Most Important Feature, Warm Water, Broke
Worked well for a few months, but the element that heats the water broke. All other functions work as expected. Would recommend one with a remote as, sometimes, the side panel is difficult to access.

Good bidet, short heater life.
We have owned this bidet for a little less than a year. It has worked well for us despite the backside of it being a little too long to where it pushes up against the tank and doesn't quite match up with the opening of the bowl of the toilet. We have still managed to make it work and enjoyed the bidet until the water heater stopped working a week or so ago. I've tried all the normal troubleshooting and looked through the manual but haven't been able to get it working again. If it lasted for more than a year, I'd give a higher rating.

Seat CRACKED after about 6 months :-((((
Hello, only 2 stars because the seat cracked after about 6 months. I had been using silcone glue to "cover" the cracks because it kept pinching my skin. The silcone glue was a quick fix- I don't know why I just didn't contact the manufacturer. It was one little crack- but as time went on, the crack got biger, more cracks occurred and I am miserable about the cracks. The bidet still works! and I really love it. I didn't want to spend ANOTHER $240 for 1 crack, but the cracks worsened over time. I have only had this bidet a year, but now the entire seat has cracks radiating around the seat, underneath pieces are falling off and the silcone glue cannot hold it together anymore. manufacturer? How about a new seat for me?

Get the good one, not this one
I have another alpha jx2, and have ahad it for a while (maybe a year or so) and I was looking at this one and thinking they basically looked the same and had all the same features, the only difference being that this one doesn't have a remote. So I thought I'd get this for the kids bathroom so they don't lose the remote, and considering this one, on sale, is about half the price of the Alpha. Well, after just a couple uses, the water heater went out. Cold water is no bueno on the bungholio and WOW WHAT A SHOCKING SURPRISE. I basically jumped off the seat 😅 Anyways, I returned the item and will be buying another Alpha. Thumbs up for the Alpha remote mount (this item doesn't have the remote).

This bidet toilet seat is great. It was super easy to install and as long as you use the thread tape to keep leaks from happening ( I had no leaks) it was a dream to install. Highly recommended , has most of features other higher priced units has such as unlimited warm water, heated seat, air dryer, you can adjust the temperature of the water and seat. You can move the sprayer in different positions, and it has a water pressure adjustment, nozzle position and more, it has a auto mode that does 4 steps right in a row then done, such as cleaning, massage, dry, and stop. It’s a really good buy for the money and is loaded with features. My wife loves it. I think it’s pretty cool as well . It even has a children button so it adjusts to the smaller body. Really nice. 5 stars in my book .

Doesn't last - UPDATE
First, this is a good bidet (was). It has many features .... maybe too many, bc most probably won't use them all. It was fairly easy to install. I say fairly bc the instructions are not super clear which side goes up and down when installing rubber grommets. I got it wrong the first time, but it was easy to correct. Clearer instructions would have helped. I cannot recommend though after it failed after 3 months. The water still flow...

Last, the settings on it to adjust pressure and direction are not that different. It appears to not change much. We will try another next time. I'd suggest looking at better models or get the warranty? UPDATE- Even though the return window expired from Amazon, the company sent me a brand new bidet. Upgrade to 5 stars just based on outstanding customer service.
