We could not get this to work. The water temperature light continued to blink, no matter what we did to correct it. There was no toll free number to call with concerns or questions about the product. We have a friend in Florida who has the same product and had no trouble with it. We video called him, and he tried to troubleshoot with us, but still could not get any results to fix the problem. So therefore we had no choice but to return it. 

It has every feature I wanted plus a sensor that tells when on it and prevents my kids from turning on when not sitting down preventing water spraying everywhere. Heated seat and water, night/disinfectant light, anti-slam seat, front and rear washing, dryer... what more could you ask for. Will definitely be purchasing another for other bathroom. 

Works as advertised. Happy with it so far. Installing was not difficult. A great learning experience for all ages. A small criticism is that, if it loses power mid-cycle, the water does not shut off. The internal heater however does (obviously) shut off, so if you hadn’t notice the loss of power yet the water temperature will let you know soon enough. Also a great learning experience for all ages. 

got one DOA with the blinking water temp light. tried resetting and disconnecting over n over for 48hrs. had to take it apart to free the ceramic disc valve and now it works perfect. as good as seats 4x as much. good luck on getting one that the valve isn't stuck or repairing it yourself.
