I installed this seat in March 2024. By September 2024, the part of the seat the holds the lid on cracked. For the price point on this item, it should last longer than six months. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I bought this because it is one of very few square bidets that will fit a Fresca toilet. In the end it is good, but there are a few things to note. At first it didn't work. Customer service told me that because it has often been in storage for some time, the inlet valve sticks. Sure enough after leaving it for 2 hours it did work perfectly. Second issue is the t-fitting that goes into the water supply line. It is a 7/8" male and female end. Well my Fresca toilet has a 1/2" connection and also my supply was 1/2". Fortunately a quick trip to Lowes got me a 1/2" T-fitting. In the end all is good

I had to buy several connectors because item is not compatible with the (US) system whatsoever. Overall is it horrible experience, it is constantly leaking and the control pad is not always working. Seller never responded to inquiries.
