This bidet was amazing and converted many of my friends to the bidet life, but those days are over now. About five months after getting it the water heater went out. It seems to be a common issue with this bidet but for the price I risked it. Mistake. And it’s late winter here so my tush has been mighty cold. 1st Update: After posting my original review the company promptly contacted me and sent me a new unit. Amazing customer service and amazing product. This bidet turns any normal toilet into a spa for a much cheaper price than bidets with equivalent features. Do your rump a favor and get this bidet. 2nd update: It’s been just under 2 years since I received my replacement and the heater went out again… during winter of course. I made sure to never leave it running when not in use to try and preserve the heater life but unfortunately I’m back to cold water again. It’s a nice bidet when it works. There seems to be more bidet options for better prices and quality now so I’ll likely switch to a different brand. I appreciate the journey this bidet took me on and everything I learned about myself and my tushy along the way. Read Less

Living with crohn's disease for the past 4 years I have thought about getting a bidet. I'm currently about to have surgery on my dominant hand and realized due to back issues I am unable to clean myself with my other hand. I'm currently about to have surgery on my dominant hand and realized due to back issues I am unable to clean myself with my other hand. I ordered this bidet and my luck I found myself battling diarrhea from crohns the day I installed it. It was a little weird feeling at first but it has made diarrhea less painful to deal with. I have the water pressure set to low and water temp to low and use the defecation setting during the deed and it relieved all of the burning. The drying feature is very nice just be sure to use the low or medium setting as the air coming out of thing gets pretty hot. I wish had one of these years ago while I was suffering trying to find the cause of my stomach issues. I would definitely purchase this again. Read Less

This is my second one of this model, I’ve purchased more expensive ones from Home Depot that did not even compare to the functionality that this one offers. You have to be mindful that plastic connections to any water source can be problematic if not handled delicately. I had to YouTube/Google how to mute the beep sound but the information was online. This is my second one of this model, I’ve purchased more expensive ones from Home Depot that did not even compare to the functionality that this one offers. You have to be mindful that plastic connections to any water source can be problematic if not handled delicately. I had to YouTube/Google how to mute the beep sound but the information was online. This unit by far cleans much better than several other brands I have purchased. The seat is a little tight so if you of the Bubba stature, I would recommend something larger. But in reality, you only need a small area to release your waste. I love the auto feature because it cycles through all of the cleaning, modes and oscillation and drying with one press. Other models, you have to manually select each mode, which can be annoying. Temperature pressure and heat selections work quite well. My first one is over a year old with zero issues. Be mindful if you’re a person that likes to lean back on the toilet tank that this seat lid is not designed for that. You will damage the product if you forcefully attempt to press the lid back against the tank. I will be returning the $500 bidet from Home Depot as that was a complete letdown in quality and performance. Just an FYI, if you lose power while currently using the water cleaning mode, the water will not stop as the electronic solenoid cannot close without power. Having to do a switcheroo dance dance while continuously getting sprayed attempting to shut the main water off was an amusing experience. Read Less
