Almost every other bidet sprayer requires squeezing the handle and only has 1 stream setting, but this is actually adjustable and more like a mini shower head than a typical bidet which is pretty cool! To use the sprayer, you simply rotate the knob to the left or right which not only controls the water pressure but the type of water stream similar to an adjustable shower head's flow so it provides both a normal stream (all the way to the left) and a very strong pin point laser like jet stream (all the way to the right) and lets you "pause" the water pressure in the very middle. I don't know the science/voodoo behind the pausing but can't imagine the water pressure doesn't built up somewhere and would probably damage a pipe/wall/something so I would use that as little as possible, but it is handy and could useful for immediate/instant quick temporary water shut off situations. I really like this bidet sprayer (and magnetic bracket) and really hope that becomes the new standard and I'm sure I'll get a lot of use out of this and you will too. Highly recommended!
