Let me just say that I am so grateful that I bought this months before the great TP fiasco of 2020. Last year my kids and I took a European trip and I really liked the whole idea of a bidet for too many reasons to mention so once home I looked into several types before deciding on the add-on toilet seat type and I could not have made a better decision. I don't call it a bidet. I call it a biyay. 

Color was a great match. Delivery was as expected. I'd like to have been able to purchase one with a wooden seat or at least something one can sit on top of. Controls could be extended outward, at least slightly, to permit viewing (reading) better. Water pressure could be increased or an option to permit increasing it. Controls are easy to understand and booklet is simple and accurate (no need to have an interpreter). 

Works great. It was a big help during my recovery from a shoulder operation! Love the automatic self UV light sanitizer of its spray wand. The only complaint (which is minor) is the delay of the spray wand operation once you activate the button ( the wand rinse itself in the chamber before eject water to clean your bum). 

It’s good. Works well. Easy install. Water takes some time to heat up but fan is great 

I installed in my wife's bathroom three weeks ago, she said so far so good. Still getting acquainted with the many features . It has met expectations.

Happy with purchase. The only issue that I have is it is hard to see all the cleaning options on the control arm.It would help if control arm was 2-3 inches further up from the bidet seat

I had been looking for the roght seat for a while and debated between this one from Kohler and a few other Kohler products. This one at the time had the best value for me in terms of features, price, and positive reviews. Plus, this came with all the necessary accessories to have it installed, including mounting brackets, bolts, hoses, and t-valve. Plus, I was glad there is a good range of adjustability for the seat to move forward, back, and side to side. 

I have had this product for two years now and only coming back for a review because of how great it is. The value is the best out there for the price and features. The heated seat is great for Wisconsin winters. It even has a premium cleaning feature no other brand seems to have which is important to me.
