We love our bidet! First of all, I absolutely LOVE having the heated seat. Sometimes if the power goes out, it resets the program to keep the seat warm and I sit down on a cold toilet seat. It’s shocking and I’m officially spoiled now. Also, I love the different pressures you can choose. It took a little bit to get used to, but I tell all my friends about it! My only complaint is I wish the dryer was stronger, but otherwise it’s awesome! 

This well-priced, sleek looking unit is, in my opinion, a good value. I have been using it for several months now and generally find it to work well. My only real objection to it is the same I have had with every bidet/toilet combo I have ever tried. The rear wash (a euphemism for sure) is simply not powerful enough in any of its settings, to do a thorough job of cleaning. That said, the seat heater is excellent, the air dryer works well, the motion sensor that lifts the lid when you approach is, if anything, oversensitive but since the system closes the lid after about 3 minutes of non-use, it doesn't really cause any problems.

This washlet bidet seat has it all including a seat warmer and warm air to dry yourself after the fully adjustable spray is finished getting you clean. We have been planning to get one for ourselves for years. I don't know what took us so long. Now we just have to run an outlet near the toilet in the other bathroom! Excellent value and quality construction. 

I love my bidet! It is super adjustable so you can get just the right angle, temperature, and pressure. 

Great Bidet and one of the best things I have ever bought. The fan takes time to dry about a minute or two. The water pressure is great! I have an elongated bowl and this makes the hole a bit small, but not a big problem. Would highly recommend! 

Love all the features. I can’t ever go back to a regular seat. The heated water, heated air dry and heated seat. All the heated options are adjustable as well as how much spray pressure you want or need. The installation was very easy and didn’t take long at all. I would definitely buy it again 

If you're on the fence about a basic or lots of options type, just get this. So worth it. Even on energy saver mode, warms my as fast. Lots of pressure, have to dial it back by half. It's a small tank for hot water but it's enough for me. The hat air dryer.... Awesome. It's a little fiddly to get it on correctly, just take your your time to work it out. 

This is my third electric bidet but my first Alpha brand bidet. Installation was easy and the sleek design fits nicely in my bathroom. Not as wide overall as previous brands, which is a bonus. You can set the water pressure and what I find particularly good is that the lowest water pressure setting is exactly that, light pressure. This is what I wanted, and my previous bidets couldn't provide, even on the lowest settings. I am incredibly happy with this product and recommend it to anyone wanting a quality electric bidet.

We love this bidet! The adjustable water temperate and pressure makes customization easy. The seat is sturdy and the light in the bowl makes midnight bathroom breaks way more convenient, as you don't need to fully disrupt your sleep by turning on all the lights just to pee in the middle of the night. Plus it just looks cool...glows in a dark bathroom like a little rocket ship :-) 

I have no issues with this bidet, I'm about to order another one. Great pressure, nice heated seat and awesome features 👌🏾
