This GX Wave Alpha Bidet is an electric model and is loaded with several nice features such as heating the seat as well as the water for cold mornings. All parts are included. Installation is simple (about 1/2 hour or so) but I spent a lot more time in removing the old toilet seat than installing this bidet. Simply install the mounting plate to the toilet bowl and slide the seat assembly until it locks. My connections without the Teflon plumbing tape were leaking water so be sure to have a roll of Teflon plumbing tape on hand as you will need it for couple of threads. The seat and seat cover have soft close feature and we love it. No more noise of seat hitting the rim. It has two energy saving features (power save) which is nice to have. Anticipating having an electric bidet someday I had installed a GFCI outlet by the floor near the toilet bowl (see the picture) and it certainly came in handy. If you do not have a GFCI outlet then you should not buy an electric bidet for safety. Home Depot sells many non-electric bidet attachments. If you have never used water for cleaning you are in for a pleasant surprise. It will leave you refreshingly clean. This product has a one year warranty.  Read Less

I have a 3K Toto toliet....and 2 other more expensive Bidets on other toilets....this is the least expensive one I own.....but it is just as good..... The Toto opens and shuts and is auto flush...so this does not compare, but this is just as good as the other similar added Bidets that I own. Great pressure...warm seat and water..... easy to use with the controls on the side....other ones all have remotes..... do like the seat side controls...works for me...but I am not a large person....not sure... Pristine aesthetics, it looks great in my bathroom without the watertank in the back and frees up a lot of "space" and visually very pleasing. The spray is more powerful than you think even at the lowest level and flushes great. The spray is more powerful than you think even at the lowest level and flushes great. Note the memo from the manufacturer to use the 1/2" - 7/8" connector shut off due to flow issues with using the 3/8" - 7/8" hose. I already had a Pex to 3/8" sharkbite connector and I did not want to mess with it by cutting the Pex and reconnecting with with the provided shut off. Instead I used a 3/8" to 1/2" faucet hose to make the connection to the provided shut off then from the shutoff to the toilet itself. The touchless lid open with your leg does require you to be pretty close to the sensor, almost touching the side. Another recommendation I would say is use the extended wax ring to install this toilet to avoid any fitment issues if you have finished Tile or any other floor where the floor is higher than the toilet ring below it. The toilet is fairly heavy for 1 person to handle. Highly recommend installing this toilet with a friend who is strong enough to help guide the toilet on a new wax ring and the brackets set inside the toilet ring.
