I previously had a different brand of bidet. Was disappointed when the remote broke and wasn't able to use all the functions of the bidet. I purchased the Alpha Bidet GX Wave Electric Bidet Seat for Elongated Toilets in White and I absolutely LOVE it. Would highly recommend. Easy to install, has a light and heated seat. It's amazing!!

Great quality!
I purchased one of the alpha wave bidets and then I had to purchase a second one because my wife wanted one for her restroom and was so impressed that she ordered the same one. So we now have the wave in the elongated and round models and both are great. Installation is super easy and I had the job completed in less than 20 minutes. Everything I needed for installation was included.

It’s the cat’s meow. A great toilet, that is easy to clean, and has all the features I want for bidet toilet. I like features, price point, reliability, and size so much that I’m going to install a second one in the basement 1/2 bathroom. Lastly, I’m not a plumber, I’m not particularly handy, nor am I amazingly strong, yet I installed this product on my own - flawlessly - on my first attempt.

We have never had something so advanced in a bathroom. We first ordered this for a customer that we were going to do an install with. They decided they didn’t want it so we needed to return it. The return process went very smoothly, but then we realized we could keep it for ourselves. Long story short, we kept the toilet, installed it in our own bathroom and it has been amazing

The bidet arrived well packaged and was too easy to install. The only thing I think she did when ordering is she measured for the long one instead of for the round one... but our bowl does have a slight oval to it. Nonetheless it works great and actually the slight overhang is...

Nonetheless it works great and actually the slight overhang is handy to grab onto. With me having long legs, it makes sitting more stable. The night light is really cool too for those o'dark thirty trips! She loves it and was crowing about the heated seat on the first use, and how nice the 'water feature' is. All I could do is laugh... but getting it was indeed, a great call. Happy wife, happy life! For Valentine's Day I got some toolbox organizers... Oh yeah!

BEAUTY AND GREAT FUNCTION!
The Alpha Pearl toilet is such a game changer in the bathroom. All the functions work flawlessly with ease of use and ability to set preferences. The toilet is beautiful and updated the bathroom which is something I hadn't thought would be so different. The installer had no issue with setting the Alpha in place and attaching the remote to the wall. In fact, installation was flawless. The remarkable clean feeling after use is worth every penny. The hygiene benefit is heavenly.

Very easy install and all of the features work well. I love the heated seat and the night light. I am spoiled at this point and hate using regular toilet seats. I have told all of my friends and family about this bidet. We could have gone with a higher price one but this model has everything we need. Thinking about installing another one in our other bathroom. Thank you Bidet King for the support and easy ordering.

Great features for a low price
We absolutely love it. I thought that some of the features would be overkill, but I use every single one. I was worried about the fit as I have an older round toilet, but I measured beforehand and it fits just fine. Very easy to install. Only critique is that the fan is pretty weak and gets oddly hot. It's not unusable, but you still need paper to dry off and you have to watch that it doesn't burn your bum.

Over all installation went well. I would recommend the use of a flange spacer kit if you have flooring that was put over the original floor and flange. Make sure you have a dedicated 20 amp ground fault plug close to your Bidet. For water I had an older valve on copper pipe. I had to remove that valve and replace it with the valve supplied. The compression fitting that came with the Bidet made instillation easy and it worked well. It took people to place the bidet in place as it was in a 24 inch...

The bidet functions as advertised. My wife loves it and so do I. The two things I would change are the remote control and the fan. The toilet is lit which is nice at night. The remote is not so if you want tho use it you have to turn a light on anyway. I would recommend back lighting on the remote to solve this problem.The fan force could be stronger. It takes a while for drying. We have only had the Bidet for a month so I have no comments on long term reliability.

Worth it
If you're on the fence about a basic or lots of options type, just get this. So worth it. Even on energy saver mode, warms my as fast. Lots of pressure, have to dial it back by half. It's a small tank for hot water but it's enough for me. The hat air dryer.... Awesome. It's a little fiddly to get it on correctly, just take your your time to work it out.
