Review Summary (AI summary for Night Light)
Love It!
Very easy install and all of the features work well. I love the heated seat and the night light. I am spoiled at this point and hate using regular toilet seats. I have told all of my friends and family about this bidet. We could have gone with a higher price one but this model has everything we need. Thinking about installing another one in our other bathroom. Thank you Bidet King for the support and easy ordering.

I previously had a different brand of bidet. Was disappointed when the remote broke and wasn't able to use all the functions of the bidet. I purchased the Alpha Bidet GX Wave Electric Bidet Seat for Elongated Toilets in White and I absolutely LOVE it. Would highly recommend. Easy to install, has a light and heated seat. It's amazing!!
Convenient, comfy, and warm for winter :)
This was very easy to install and is easy to operate. I love the setting options and the warm temperature water and seat are great. It also has a convenient little "nightlight" if I get up in the middle of the night.
Perfect
We love this bidet! The adjustable water temperate and pressure makes customization easy. The seat is sturdy and the light in the bowl makes midnight bathroom breaks way more convenient, as you don't need to fully disrupt your sleep by turning on all the lights just to pee in the middle of the night. Plus it just looks cool...glows in a dark bathroom like a little rocket ship :-)
A total upgrade
Got this seat for my boyfriend and he's obsessed. Note: it's for elongated toilets! Won't work for round. Best part in my opinion is the heated seat, but he loves the power of the sprayer and the internal lights that he keeps on at all times, basically a nightlight. It made for a great gift!
Great unit!
Aside from the night light not working, which is fine…didn’t need it…it works like a charm and I’ve recommended it to several others and anyone whose used it has bought one. The heated water was why I bought it and the heated seat is a major winter bonus. Also great to have if you’re on a septic system.
[Incentivized Review] Toilet of the 21st Century
I have wanted to install a bidet toilet for awhile but wanted a full toilet, rather than just an add on. I selected this option as it offers it all. Smart technology, bidet functions and a stylish look. The installation wasn’t too bad. I had to install an outlet close to the toilet, but with an unfinished basement below, it wasn’t too much work. The mounting brackets easily attached to the existing flange. The hardest part by far was picking up the toilet itself. It is fairly heavy and with the...
It is fairly heavy and with the vertical side, there isn’t much to hold onto. I was eventually able to get it lined up though and tightened down. It felt a bit weird reading the manual on how to use a toilet but there are so many functions with this one. I particularly like how when you walk up the toilet the seat opens right up. Then you can kick the right front of the unit and the seat will then open as well. After using it, one more touch with your foot and the lids closes and automatically flushes. I also love the nightlight which allows you to keep this lights off and not shock your eyes, but not missing at the same time. When sitting on it, the headed seat feels great and warms up nicely. The bidet functions offer all kinds of different settings and options from water temperature to pressure. After cleaning up the air dryer blows warm air to dry everything off. There are so many different settings and personalizations for whatever you like. Overall, a pleasure to use.

The light in the toilet went out. Other then the light so far I love it.
Easy to install, great value, works great! But limited life.
We've had this for about two weeks now. After our old toilet seat broke we decided to give a bidet seat a try. There are so many to choose from! Basically, I was looking for something that had a good number of features (strong enough spray, front spray, dryer, etc) and was around the $200 mark. This seat has it all and then some! All I can say is I'm not disappointed at all with my purchase. The seat was easy to install, I think lining it up just right took the longest, but I had it all in...
The seat was easy to install, I think lining it up just right took the longest, but I had it all installed within 30 minutes and had no leaks, that includes a shut-off value I bought separately, just in case. As for operation, it works as I expected it too. I was worried that with the shut-off value the flow would be reduced and the stream would be weak but that wasn't the case. The water flow isn't blasting me off the seat but it's strong enough to get everything clean and that's the point, right? The dryer is warm and does an ok job, sometimes I run that twice and by the end of the second cycle, things are usually good. The controls are clear and easy to reach, I thought about going with a remote control type unit but with small kids, we decided something attached that couldn't get lost or used as a toy was probably a better choice for us. If I had to find a negative I'd say the seating area was a little smaller than we were used to, but that only bothered me for a day or two. Also, I find I have to shift around a little sometimes to get the spray in just the right spot but again, not a big deal and I imagine that's something you might have to do regardless of which seat you buy. The bottom line for me is that it gets everything clean, and it didn't cost a lot to do it! So hopefully between having to pump the septic less and using hardly any toilet paper, it will pay for itself eventually. 7/16/20 FOLLOW-UP So a year later still no complaints. I've found the shut-off valve was not a necessity for us, even with two Pre-K kids there have been no accidental sprayings! In fact, they are starting to use it now too, although I do find it isn't as effective for them as it is for my older child and the adults. One of the LED lights stopped working about 6 months ago but that isn't a big issue. I also found the seat doesn't seem to heat as much in the back, but I'm not sure if that's a failing or just where the heaters are positioned, again not a big issue for us. We will probably get one for the kids' bathroom soon, while I might not get this exact model I will certainly consider the brand. 6/6/23 Final Update Well, it seems to have worn out. Tried to use it today and it wouldn’t spray and is leaking so got just about 4 years out of it.

I have installed dozens of bidet seats for clients over the years, from just about every manufacturer out there. Alpha did a pretty solid job with this seat; it has all the features of the more expensive models like the Toto Washlet without the extra (mostly useless) features like continuous hot water and mood lighting. Installation was very easy. although I did have a bit of trouble with the cone washer on the supplied inlet tee when attaching it to a standard fluidmaster 400a fill valve stem...
I have installed dozens of bidet seats for clients over the years, from just about every manufacturer out there. Alpha did a pretty solid job with this seat; it has all the features of the more expensive models like the Toto Washlet without the extra (mostly useless) features like continuous hot water and mood lighting. Installation was very easy. although I did have a bit of trouble with the cone washer on the supplied inlet tee when attaching it to a standard fluidmaster 400a fill valve stem. Took a bit more force than usual to get a watertight connection, though that could be attributed to the lack of thumb tabs on the nut. Just give it a little extra force with some channel locks and it'll seat the washer. I installed this on an American Standard Champion 4 toilet from HD, and the bowl fit is pretty good! I love the fact that this seat's bumper legs really stick to the toilet bowl well. Most seats slide around and loosen up over time; I don't think that will occur here. The mounting plate for the unit is also rubberized on the bottom, so it sticks to the bowl with good grip as well. Power cable connection for this unit is on the right side, when facing the toilet. For a clean installation, I would recommend placing the GFCI to the right of the toilet so you can dress the extra length on the cord with some zip ties. Cord is long enough to reach either side if that's not a option. My six year old son figured out how to use this in about five minutes, so I don't think you'll have any issues figuring out how it works. Instructions are clear and concise. Most important controls are located forward on the panel. so they're very easy to access. I read on Alpha's website that the lid is 'sittable up to 200 lbs.' I sit on this lid every night for kiddo bath time and I weigh 235; no problems at all, so don't let that discourage you.
